We were absolutely scammed by this company, but they are tricky, and they know how to remove real reviews from actual paying customers who they took advantage of... Like many others agree... Steer clear please for your own sake.

In late September I had a flood originating from the bathroom on the main floor that affected the hardwood flooring on the main floor, and the finished basement beneath it. A rep from this company came and assured me up down, right and left that they would "take care of EVERYTHING, from the packout to pods in the backyard, the plumbing, the sheetrock....everything.
I spent a week out of state for Thanksgiving and when I came back and spoke with him again, suddenly he knew nothing about anything. The company contacted me and said "call us if you have any questions," so I did. I expressed concern about hearing one thing one day and a very different thing the next time we spoke.
Instead of reassuring me and asking "how can we make things right." today (Dec 14 2023) I got an email from them saying they won't take on the project.
My house is still torn up from the demo work; the bathroom floor has to come up and be redone, sheetrock is missing in the basement and nothing is put away because of the impending packout. I am no farther along in this restoration project than I was in Oct. NEVER USE TRADEPRO or Aroma'z. They are bad actors. I think they were angry that I didn't want THEIR flooring but had picked a different tile design from elsewhere. And I asked them to get someone to reassemble shelves from Target I'd bought to replace the ruined ones. They said no. Then they didn't like it when I called them on their "change" in plans... I'm living in a torn up house in squalor since Sept; they SAID they'd fix EVERYTHING.. and now, they dump me. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. They let down an elderly widow (me) and left her in a heap of a mess needing remediation. This is the WORST experience I have EVER HAD with any business whatsoever. You are CRAZY if you use either company.
Addendum:
Wherever there were discrepancies in what the insurance paid for and what I chose - a different brand of tile - I clearly and repeatedly stated I would pay the difference. That included putting together pre-purchased shelving. I was told no we can't do that, no we can't do that. AFTER being assured "we take care of EVERYTHING." As far as "vulgarity" - you try living in torn up house for going on four months; get a fast talking salesman type to promise you everything, then claim he doesn't know about anything, and see how easy it is to avoid using the phrase "BS." The idea of a brawny construction worker type complaining about a 64 year old gray haired lady saying 'BS' would be hilarious if I weren't the one living in the squalor. I risk splinters if I walk to the bathroom in bare feet, so I wear heavy shoes in the house all the time. This disaster has been going on since SEPTEMBER. it's almost January. ANYONE would be upset at this stage. In business, you are not supposed to be nasty and precious - you are supposed to SERVE THE CUSTOMER, not run away like a scared kitten. This whole thing was a WASTE OF TIME. This house could have been put back together by Thanksgiving. And again, I OFFERED TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE OUT OF POCKET! Cherie, Aroma’z has an outstanding working relationship with tradePRO. Our representative offered full transparency with the information collected. We did our best to give you both expectations and options for the job. Upon your return, we informed you that per your insurance agency, neither tradePRO nor Aroma’z was allocated funds to provide a pack-out service. The materials you mention here were out of budget from the allotted value from your provider. We did our very best to present you with similar selections, despite the vulgar language and aggression against our team members who were simply trying to work on your behalf. Our rep also informed you that we did not offer furniture assembly services. There was never a change of plan – only changes in what services we were allowed to perform, per your insurance. The images you shared here are NOT a reflection of Aroma’z, as we did not provide any work on your home. The appearance is due to the mitigation team who removed the damaged materials. It was unfortunate to discover that the claim was dropped; however, it was not our decision to catalyze that action. We’re sorry that you were unwilling to accept what was offered to you in terms of service, but Aroma’z was as diligent as possible working towards a positive outcome.

I pick up my floors back in January. When I picked them up, I check the package labeling to ensure it was the exact floor we order. Since I wasn't ready to install them, I just put them away until I was ready. Fast forward to August and I started to separate the patterns of the plank floors. After the 4th box I was beginning to question the floor as it appeared much darker than I remembered. I open the 5th box and saw it was much lighter. I immediately called Aroma'z to let them know what happened. The my had me send them pictures and they got to work. They worked it out with the manufacturer and after several weeks of back and forth between them and the manufacturer, they got me a new batch floors. Thank you so much Rick for going above and beyond, even after months of me taking delivery. Absolutely amazing!

Great place to deal with were on time did a great job I'm very please with the out come of my floor would totally use the again. They were the best price and had great communication. They also cleaned up after and worked 5 hours straight.
