I flew in from TN and had a dry cut with Elisa. A really good cut and style, and I thoroughly enjoyed talking with her.

She is a good reason to come back to Philly.

Missed appointment bullying! $168 for a missed appointment for hair services seems excessive.

I recently went to Elisa, and was totally blown away. I have naturally dark hair with blonde highlights and was wanting a more uniformly blonde look without having to bleach the whole thing. She carefully looked at the picture I brought, explained to me what was possible, and then proceeded to put in more foils than I have ever experienced!

It was my first time seeing her so I wasn't sure exactly what to expect, but when I saw the final product I kind of couldn't believe it. It had turned out *exactly* how I was hoping, which pretty much never happens at the salon (or anywhere lol). I will absolutely keep coming back and unreservedly recommend Elisa for all of your blonde-ing and haircutting needs!

Nice welcome, reasonable price, good blow dry. Had a slight wait on arrival of about 10 mins past scheduled appt. Overall nice staff and customer oriented. Will return for service.

Had my makeup done by Ariana! Was very happy she was so kind and thoughtful. She listened to me and what I wanted for my makeup and kept asking if I liked it. If something was too dark? And if it was she said I can just blur it out and make it less dark.

I went here for the first time a couple of months ago, and I had a fine cut and color by my stylist kept talking about how much they disliked Philadelphia, and so when I went back for a second haircut he wasn't available and it was okay when they paired me with another stylist. That stylist went on and on about how they BEAT THEIR CHIlDREN without any clue that this is a horrifically inappropriate thing to blabber on about to a client. I called the manager and she didn't offer any real solution - she offered that she would book my appointments on days that person wasn't working- so I stopped going.

The haircuts are fine, the staff is really inappropriate.

This was my third visit. I had two very nice haircuts but this time she missed the mark. I have very fine, thin hair and a face shape that requires volume. We discussed this before she cut it but my hair turned out flat as a pancake and the sides do nothing they're so thin. I'm so disappointed. I don't live around the corner so I can't go back to have her fix it. Guess I'll go to a salon near me and see if they can salvage my hair.

I got a cut and color by Julia! It's one of the best cuts I've gotten and she fixed my grown-out balayage. She was patient, helped explain things, spent a lot of time styling, and came up with an idea for something new. I'll definitely be going back! All staff was friendly and the location was nice, too. I thought it was reasonably priced as well.

I visited this salon for the first time today after reading all of their glowing reviews on here. I called for a haircut appointment and the friendly receptionist was able to squeeze me in that same day. Super lucky since I had been prepared to wait for an appointment given the popularity of this place.

I went in for a hair cut, my first one in a year. I read on their website that they do dry cuts only and they advise you to come with hair washed and blow dried so that the stylist wouldn't waste time styling and spend more time actually cutting. After meeting my stylist Leo, he ushered me to the back to get my hair washed and I confusedly told him that I had already washed my hair? He seemed taken back as if I shouldn't have done that but the sat me back down and cut my hair as normally scheduled. This is the reason I'm giving this place 4 stars out of 5, the whole "dry cut" instructions on their website were confusing. I would have much rather them wash and style my hair! I wish I would've known before hand.

Anyways, the hair cut was great. Leo was friendly and skilled. I'll be coming back and perhaps update my review once I've had the full treatment.

It's my first time ever getting my hair done here in Philly, and Allison and her assistant made my whole experience really great. It was really easy to talk to them both, and explain to me every step of the way and answer all my questions I had as well.

Allison also cares about the health of the hair and anything new, she approaches it cautiously and takes no shortcuts. If she sees something a bit off, she will go over it again to make sure you walk out perfect. My balayage is melted down so perfectly and naturally.

Will definitely be coming back. I think I found my new hair salon and stylist who I can put trust in when it comes to my hair!
