Arby's

Just used a coupon for their Turkey Club $2.99. It was excellent and Arby's coupons frequently let you buy multiples of the item with the same coupon which is nice. The service was fast and the young man behind the counter was professional and friendly. The restaurant was clean and neat. I will be back and would not hesitate to recommend.

This place is a joke, the management at the store sucks so bad it is the worst customer service I've ever had the first time I went there they forgot my sandwich didn't make it up to me either this time I went there the manager made me pull to the side of the store and order my food online because it was an online coupon so I ordered it online and it went to a different store which was closed two hours early and they refused to give us our order that we had proof we paid for. And then on top of all that she was extremely extremely rude and so is her employee they need training in customer service because they absolutely lack every single bit of knowledge that anyone requires for customer service it's like it's their first day on the job.

We had a wonderful experience this afternoon. Along with the great quality of food, the service and staff was wonderful. Charles in specific provided excellent customer and made our day with his upbeat and positive attitude. Keep it up Charles.

10am and the doors are locked and nobody answers drive through. Sat for 10 minutes waiting.

Went here on Saturday around 12:30. There was no one at the counter. There was a girl working the window but no cars were in line. So she was very busy texting on her cell phone. She looked at me a few times and tried her best not to acknowledge me. After close to 10 minutes of just standing there by myself, I left. And they wonder why Chick fil a is kicking their tale.

Having frequented Arby's for many many years it saddens my heart to learn of the decrease in customer service the product seems to maintain and sell itself I frequently visit one on 40th and Peoria in Denver Colorado and recently I had horrible customer service experience first I went through the drive-thru they got my order wrong didn't have to drive through the lady seem to not care they just stood there for approximately 20 seconds talking to each other and ignoring me as I alerted them with my horn that I needed to ask him a question it was a joke on their part so it seems so I said well come in and I did and neither one of them could assist me it was a horrible experience I just hope that anybody who frequents Arby's on 40th and Peoria and Denver Colorado does not experience what I did

This is the worst Arby's for quality food and customer service. The fries were cold, hard and chewy snd there was no extra cheese on my sandwich. I called and the person who answered was rude snd hung up on me. This was the 3rd and last time I will stop at this location.

Updating my previous bad review. Walked in just after opening and Jeanette was all by herself. She had several customers in the store and cars in the drive thru. She dis not complain, smiled at everyone, and prepared our food in a timely manner. Frankly it was the best meal I have gotten at this location and I didn't wait long either.

Great food great service, time and time again. Hard to find a fast food place you can say that about. Thanks Kayla.

I don't really visit Arby's in general, so I'm not super sure what the quality of their service is usually, but I was far from impressed with the service I received. Their food was subpar at best, the staff was inattentive, and the manager was unnecessarily rude to the employees.
