Moved in today. Apartment in perfect condition. Office team so great to work with. I highly recommend taking a look here in Avon Lake and Aqua Marine Apartments. Originally wanted closer to Crocker or Bay. This was a great decision. And Lake Erie is just across the street. A bit of a change from Naples FL to Avon Lake but we're home.

Never late on rent payments, keep a clean apartment, notified the manager Dave a year and half ago about a cracked window, said they were back ordered? But they're building at least 100 units since I reported the window. It takes at least 4 follow up calls and emails to get a work order done. There's been dried blood on the back door to the dumpster for a month, Lori in the office said she'll bring a tissue over and wipe it off...in the middle of a pandemic? The office staff talk about you behind your back. The only good thing about living here is that you can pay your rent online so I don't have to see anyone in the office.

Wonderful staff, nice neighbors, well-maintained. The best part is that it's very quiet.

The apartments are very small inside. Also in the winter they will not shovel snow around your garage area. Which is not safe also I put in a work order had to wait two weeks for service.

Jul 13, 2014Previous reviewOnce you sign the lease the staff don't care.I moved in this new development.i moved in on a Saturday elevator stopped working I had to wait until Monday for the property manager to resolve the broken elevator.the gym hours are 8:00am until 7:00pm.why I might want to work out earlier or later.there is always duck shit everywhere the staff never cleans.the apartments and closets are very small.the leasing agent verbally lied about trash pickup at your door and free golf when you sign the lease.new apArtments with a lot of problems.The staff on property all they do is gossip tenants personal business.
