Applebee's Grill + Bar

Ordered Carside. Waited outside for 20 minutes after time on order confirmation on when to expect it. Noticed by 3 different waitresses none reacted. Went inside to inquire. Told sorry you should have come in sooner because we are too busy to deliver carside. Huh? Needless to say not a great experience and will probably not use Applebee's carside anymore. Here is to you guys being less busy so you can deliver better service.

You can't really go wrong with food here, Applebee's is Applebee's. You can go wrong with the service though, and they do a pretty good job of going wrong. It seems they're always in a panic even when it's not busy. Super slow to get drinks, a couple of drink orders were wrong, they don't keep up on cleaning tables. Not loud, but it's not quiet. Wait staff tried to steal tips from the bartender. After waiting forever for more drinks, I approach the bar to get my own. The waiter asked me to sit down, so he can take my order. Still took 15 minutes to get my drink. Food yes, service no.

Very Bad Experience. 6:30 pm. Not very busy but many-many dirty tables. Hostess finally came to seat us after 4 minutes standing at the door. Again, not busy restaurant with plenty of staff, all standing around chit chatting. Waitress finally came over after 10 min at table. Went back to the kitchen and 12 min later finally brought our unsweetened iced teas. Forgot to bring the sweetener. 5 min later we received the sweetener. (She served no other customers during this time). Food came out looking sloppy. Fajita roll up was not rolled up. Sad. Male Bathroom out of order. Drink spilled by server and not mopped up until I made a comment. No sign of a manager and no one seemed like they cared. Worst Applebees experience ever. I will not be back to this store. Corporate needs to clean this store up starting with the manager.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Where do I begin? Sat at the bar at a dirty space, bartender took her time clearing it but never wiped it down. Took over 30 minutes to even be acknowledged (it wasn't very busy). Watched bartender use her teeth to take the 'safety' tab off a bottle of juice, ZERO check ins from bartender ( her name is Ashley) - never asked if we needed another drink, forks, knives....food was ok but service was beyond subpar. Spot next to us was left unclean the entire time we dinned (over an hour). Drinks were not poured fully into the glass. Terrible terrible! If there ever was a place that gave zero fu€£$ it's this place.

Absolute worst! The slug who took my to go order seemed bothered. Got back to my hotel room to find no fries, a well done burger with cheese. I ordered no cheese and fries! If I lived here I would NEVER go there again!!

We were traveling through and almost didn't stop here because of the reviews. We walked in and it was pretty busy, we were seated immediately. Even accommodated our booth request because of the kids. Food was good and our server Jada accommodated all our requests. Food came out quick too. Glad we went!

Not a great place with poor service. Waited to be even acknowledged. They forgot our order, forgot our drinks.

I'm sure it will strum along because you've only so many options but for those of you traveling through. Keep moving

Was NOT waited on at all, waited awkwardly at door to be seated, was seated at a table in bar section, my supposed waitress was also the bartender. Only three people seated at bar, the place was almost empty. Had to yell our order over to her at the bar .Had to walk up to bar to get my drink refilled, napkins, and a clean fork. She never ventured over to our table. we flagged her attention once and she literally yelled, "you want sumptin?" I watched her the whole time, she was on her phone, she ate a dinner, and she made 3 drinks the entire time we were there. I will never eat there again. I would give this a ZERO, thats how much we were waited on.

The food here is "mid" at best, horrible at worst. Do not recommend eating here. Logan's Roadhouse is a much better option, and is located next door!

Very unwelcoming hostess. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with the rudest attitude and rolled her eyes the entire time I was at the hostess desk. After the very unwelcoming, welcome... I just walked out. Maybe customer service isn't the job for her. Wish I caught her name.
Seems to be very understaffed as half the restaurant was closed off. I wouldn't want to work in such an unhappy environment either.

Came here to eat at around 10 PM on July 16th. The food was okay. Ordered an oriental salad and was asked how I wanted my chicken cooked (fried or grilled). Ordered grilled but it came without chicken. I wasn't too big of a fan. We also didn't receive our appetizer until we reminded our waitress about it. We ended up receiving our chicken in a to-go box along with an apology from the manager. The restaurant was clean, as well as the restrooms. It was late at night so I understand the slip ups, I recommend this resteraunt nonetheless.
