Applebee's Grill + Bar

Good food, good service, nice atmosphere. Waitress was pleasant. Food was as great. I hadn't had food that tasted that good since eating with my grandmother.

Love their burgers and French Onion soup. Plus I order the kids ice cream sundae. I order this at least 3x times a month. Applebees menu has a variety of options.

I ordered pickup/takeout from Applebees.
I was told to be there at 6:09 pm to pick up order. After waiting outside in the pickup area for 40 minutes. I decided to call number on the sign. I called at least three times but couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. I then called the restraunts main number. I could not believe they would not answer the phone! I then went inside to talk to someone about my order. I waited another 15 minutes before a waitress asked what I was there for.
When I said I had a call in order. She said she would check on it. Another 25 minutes later, she brought out my food. There were only three couples visiting the restaurant at this time. I can't understand why they are so slow. Then as I arrived back home, about 15 minutes away, we noticed our orders were missing some items. I didn't bother contacting the restaurant. I will never waste my time by going to Applebees again! Although the food was ok, It was too expensive and a large waste of my time!

I loved it great service and the food was delicious I would love to come back on any days and i love how the bar was open the whole time we was there I liked everything that I had there but one of the drink was very salty but it was fine we had trade it out oh btw it is some liquor i love I I can come back.

Absolutely the worse experience in my adult life. Had the endless shrimp and boneless wings. Took 30 minutes to get the first tiny plate. Took 30 more minutes to get the second plate and it consisted of 5 pieces of shrimp that was so over cooked you couldn't eat it. It was delivered on a plate with nothing else, even dipping sauce. The coleslaw was nasty and tasted like it sat out for two days. It took 2 hours and it was utterly horrible. The restaurant wasn't even half full. We did tip our poor waitress because she tried so hard, but we will not be going back to Applebees ever again. If I could give a zero star I would.

I wish i could give this place 0 stars!! There is no reason why my child's drink should have a bug in it i don't remember ordering raspberry tea with a bug as a garnish! I threw up. The food was cold terrible service 10/10 would not recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy!!

We went there last night June 9th. It was AWFUL. It took forever to get waited on. The waitress looked like she just got out of bed unbrushed hair, sloppily dressed. She took our drink order and we waited 20 minutes for our drinks. She brought the wrong drinks. Then we waited another 40 minutes for our COLD food. My husband ordered steak rare. It came back well done. Unbelievable. The bathroom had no toilet paper. All the waitress looked very unprofessional and like they were half asleep. Another thing. It stunk in there. Like pee. We noticed dirty rags on the tables also. We will never go back.

Don't even waste your time going here. I would give it zero stars but unfortunately, that's not an option. The majority of the workers were extremely unprofessional. We went at 9:40pm tonight (Sunday) which we thought would be fine since they close at 11pm. When we walked in a nice young lady looked for a table for us, sat us near the door on the left side of the restaurant and told us they were only accepting appetizer orders. We sat for 30mins and no one ever came to ask for our drink orders or anything. Several workers walked back and forth cleaning up things but no one acknowledged that we were there. Around 10:10, a group of workers with nasty attitudes came out of the kitchen and started looking around and talking. We over heard them asking each other who had sat us because apparently the young lady that sat us had already left. One worker finally came over and said they were only taking To Go orders for appetizers. We let them know that the person who sat us informed us that we could only order appetizers. A server then came to take our order and we got our food about 20-30 mins later. I'm not even sure I'll eat it though because with the attitudes and poor customer service, I wouldn't be surprised if they did something to the food. In conclusion, bad service, bad attitudes, and bad atmosphere. I wouldn't recommend this place even if it was the only option in town.

Covid are not on a Friday night you only run two servers at 8 pm‍‍come on now. Manager very un professional. I barley come here but i decided to give them a chance! NEVER AGAIN!!

Bad service. Bad service. Bad service. Did anyone hear, BAD service. Can't get food right. Can't get drinks right. Can't get bill right. Can't get out outa here.

Side note .. our fill in waitress was great. She's been working here one day!! Give her a raise.
