Perch Apartment Locators - Austin

We have been fortunate to work with David Munoz from Apartments Now in the Austin Area. David has been extremely helpful in our relocation from Florida to Texas. We told David what we were looking for and immediately he began sending us listings of potential Apartments that meet our criteria and budget and was patient as we looked at several places before making a final decision. Wish I could give them a negative star rating. So, I needed to find an apartment in Round Rock with specific needs due to disability. I knew I'd have to start early, so on 1/1/2023, I entered a request with my needs and wants. Granted, it was a Sunday and a holiday, so I wasn't expecting a response right away. But within 20 minutes, I got a text with the name of the locator. About 30 minutes later, I got a text from Juan Carlos, J.C., saying he was going to start pulling listings and would get with me the next day. Fine so far.

The next day, nothing. Total silence. Day after that, I texted him again and sent another email. No response. The next day, I sent yet another text and email, with total silence.

Never heard anything, and I was watching inventory dwindling hourly and starting to panic. Still absolutely nothing, total radio silence.

So, in the course of 3 days, received ONE text from JC, plus several attempts from me. I gave up, went with another service.

This service, this locator can't say, "Were busy, got lost in the shuffle given the needs. " I made several attempts to make sure I wasn't forgotten.

Want to be ignored, watch inventory dwindle, and have panic attacks about moving in this crazy market? This is the service for you. Otherwise, move along and try another service. Don't bother.

10/10 recommend working with Jenna Winot! I could write a whole essay on my great experience with her! My boyfriend and I moved from California to Texas and Jenna helped make the transition so smooth and enjoyable especially because we have never been to Texas before. She was extremely friendly, has clear communication, responds fast, and is patient. She was able to help us find our new home within a week! She gave us plenty of options to choose from based on our goals and needs. Plus she recommended local spots to visit when we want to explore. I would definitely use Jenna again in the future I had an amazing first time experience I'll make sure to refer people over!

I want in need of an apartment because my lease is up at the end of July 2022. After having so much trouble finding an apartment that meets my needs. I called Apartment Now, spoke with Timothy Howard. He assessed my needs, found me an apartment. Then meet me at the apartment, showed me the apartment, stayed with me until I finished the application, and followed up with me throughout the entire process until I was apartment. I highly recommend using Apartment Now and ask for Timothy.

Not sure how else to put it but Michelle is a life saver. I was relocating from halfway across the country and knew close to nothing about Austin when I started. I tried going to several websites to do my own research, reached out to anyone I knew in the area for tips and read as many reviews as I could find before I even met her and she was still able to clue me in on a few must knows about the city and what to look for.

When all my other apartment options fell through she was able to turn around and find a new one for me in less than 12 hours with all my preferences in mind. She had photos ready for me, did all the leg work on finding out about utilities, reviewing the surrounding area, places to eat, places to hang out and after I signed the lease and moved in she STILL called to check in on me to make sure I was okay. Words can't begin to describe my encounter with Michelle Drinnan. She is the absolute best! Her knowledge of the Austin area, her personality, and research she did for me and my move was exceptional. Shane Hatton took care of me from a friends suggestion. Let me say, without a second thought, this was the best experience I have ever had in finding, going to, and signing for an apartment. Quick, efficient, thorough, caring, and honestly quite a great sense of humor are a few of the words I would use to describe Shane. As well as helping me find the perfect place, he also got me UNDER my budget range which was incredible to say the least! I will be going through him from now on, not a doubt in my mind. Absolutely amazing, so thank you!

Ingrid was absolutely amazing. I'm unable to view apartments in person and Ingrid made the process so easy. She was extremely thorough, organized, and well prepared. I have extremely high standards for apartment locators now after this experience. I can't recommend enough!

I cannot recommend this agency and Tina E enough. Tina helped me through an emergency situation while I was driving from Seattle, WA to Austin, TX. My apartment fell through at the last second, the day I literally started my 4 day drive to TX. Tina was referred to me and she found me a great apartment that met all of my requirements and preferences within only A DAY AND A HALF! She even stayed up after hours to answer my questions and send me listings (she sent me 3 awesome listings that first day a couple hours after we first talked on the phone)! She did all the legwork for me so I wouldn't be stressed out on my drive over. She has gone above and beyond for me and her professionalism/knowledge about the area and renting in general is unmatched.
