Risdon P.Lindley Park, Greensboro, NC1187May 20, 2022I just had the worst experience in the Greensboro location the lady at the front desk is completely unprofessional and rude. She purposefully confirmed the WRONG test for me and when I try to tell her that I scheduled my appointment for a different test she raised her voice at me and made it seem like it's my fault for confirming the wrong test when I didn't hear her say the wrong test and she has the test that I actually confirmed in front of her.
I need their corporate number ASAP
Terrible experience I would never recommend this business to anyone I care about.
Do not go hear if you are not willing to fight with a old lady about her doing her not doing her job right.

Friendly knowledgeable staff that is easy to talk to since they don't have that glass barrier that the nurses in the doctor's office use to ignore during at check-in! That always makes me want to walk out. Went in for employee drug screen - was in and out in 15 minutes or less and the job got my results the next day! I was also surprised to find out that they offer MANY more tests than STD and Baby Daddy... I will be back for my blood work, and since I'm a "maturing" woman, my hormone/thyroid testing :\
