This store was SO fun!
Had a little bit of time to kill Sunday, however not quite enough for me to even see this entire store, but I still managed to purchase 4 items, lol
What I believe was the owner of the store, was so friendly and great to talk to.
I purchased a white two shelf cabinet with doors and chicken wire, that was 50% off and adorable! I had been looking for one of these, and this was the perfect one!
I also purchased a really cute small turqoiuse square wall type decoration and two small glass hearts, one was turqouise, the other pink.
Everything was under $35 which was amazing!
They had some items my mom still has from many, many years ago so that fun saying OH MY GOSH my mom has this, too.
I am not in the area much, but I see myself coming back here for sure!
Every item, except the larger piece, were wrapped so nicely and perfect.
Great customer service and fun items! I will have to go back to check out the rest of the store!
There is a $10 minimum purchase to use a credit card.Helpful 11Thanks 0Love this 12Oh no 0 - 39878669176Apr 25, 2016
Antiques Etc is a cute little antique store off second street. There are other antique stores in the area, but this one is by far the best. I came here with a friend and we were both drawn to items that reminded us of our childhood. The store was packed with large and small items. Everything is of good quality, clean, and organized well. Some " antique" stores are just second hand item stores, but this store has class.
The owner of the store was very nice. She was super busy getting ready for the lemon festival, since they have a booth at this years event (April 29-May 1, 2016). She still took the time to make small talk with us and show us some sale items. My friend and I both purchased beautiful glass blown hearts. My glass heart was $7.50 with tax and I saw the sign that the minimum charge on a credit card is $10. I didn't have cash on me, and the owner was nice enough to charge it anyway. My friend bought a couple more items , enough to where I had to pull the car around lol.
This is a great antique store. I recommend checking it out when you are in upland or check out their booth at the lemon festival .Helpful 39Thanks 0Love this 38Oh no 0 - Sandra A.El Monte, CA4853Jan 21, 2020Updated review
I wish I had checked the reviews before going back to this store. Every bad thing that the reviews say are true, about the way they treat customers. I posted a bad review, and the person that said she was the owner keeps harassing me. The photos show how many times she keeps messaging me. I never said anything to her for her to have been so rude. It even says In one of her messages that I didn't say anything. Worst business ever. If she's not the owner, the owner might want to check on her ability to deal with customers.

Maybe it was someplace else down the street. I live far, but really liked the set. So I drove back to the store. The lady who says she is the owner, which I highly doubt was very rude. I asked who I had talked to on the phone, she said oh it was me. I didn't see the set of dishes when you called. I said ok and was looking at the set. She keeps yelling across the store in front of the other customers, sorry, sorry, sorry. Like 10 times. I said I didn't even say anything to you for you to keep yelling. I asked for the owner she said she was the owner. And said to take the dishes or get out of the store. Have bought several things there, but Will never go in there again.

UGH! Z E R O. STAR The absolute worst! Walking by the shop looks adorable, filled with lots of vintage items commonly found at yard sales staged with lace and chalk paint. Very cute. However, entering, the staff is eating behind the counter, not paying any attention to customers walking around, and the shop had maybe 15 people milling around each consignment stall. They were talking, rather bitching about a client who had apparently just left. Very insulting vulgar remarks about their nationality. Appalling and embarrassing to witness from adult women running a business in historic downtown Upland. I didn't go further then past the front counter with my kids, I looked at the women but they were completely oblivious that another human was in the store.
With that said, it's really sad that I was unable to look around, the place really is adorable filled with items I would shop for and place in my home or gift to friends or family. The slurs overheard made it very uncomfortable and intolerable. I hope management reads this and talks to their employees about customer service and when to eat while working. I may try again in a few months, once staff turns over.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Alisa D.Rancho Cucamonga, CA5382Jul 13, 2018
This store is such a local treasure. So many beautiful things. The ladies who work there are all so nice and helpful. Very clean and just a great place to browse and find unique jewelry, furniture, or decorative things.

Went there to look around and they have pretty neat stuff. The woman who I assume is the owner was helpful. While my friend was at the counter paying for her item I decided to walk around the store. I noticed a man also sitting behind the counter, I assume he is also the owner and the woman's husband. He blurted out a sexist comment towards me "shopping is better when you smile". I looked up and he repeated that again. It was uncalled for, an uncomfortable experience and condescending. It was unacceptable etiquette. They lost a potential customer.

I visited this shop last week after walking around deciding which antique store to walk into. I chose this one because it seemed like it actually had valuable items. I ended up browsing around for like 2 hrs. The employees were welcoming, checked in on me after a while to see if I was ok and told me to take my time. They did not follow me around and I had a pleasant time trying to look through as much as I could. Organized, stocked and very merry during this holiday season. I spent $50 on a medieval art frame, grab bags, and a book. To be honest the grab bags were disappointing. I also left a book on layaway which was $70 and I just had to have it. Can't wait to go pick it up! Overall I had a good time there.

Are they open? Who knows.
The hours on the door say the times they are open. So, I rush to the store after work and get there 40 minutes before closing, and the store is closed. In disbelief, I walked up to the door, looked at the hours of operation and my watch- they were not supposed to closed. Lights off (not like they just closed the door and are finishing inventory) but completely closed.
Still, this is my favorite antique store in the are, they have some great items that I want. Next time I go, I am going to call ahead to ask if when they actually close, obviously they can close whenever they want during the day. I always wondered how any stores in Downtown Upland stay in business, the place is deserted most of the week, stores are closed on and off.
They do have great prices on antique/vintage hats. If you want good selection on antiques this is a great store after the 4 story antique shop in Riverside.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
