We provide specialized care for residents with Mild Cognitive Impairment, Alzheimer's & Dementia for Hospice. Our expertise and resources are focused on providing innovative care for residents with memory impairment. Our valued team of caregivers are trained & experienced working with elders who struggle with challenges ranging from early stage memory loss to advanced Alzheimer's. We accommodate your loved ones & work daily with great communication to give Excellent Overall Care.

Stephan is their marketing person and he did a great job from start to "finish". Thank you all for you kindness and professionalism.

One place we visited was Anne's Il. The place is a bit older & in need of some tlc. Anne is redoing the facilities now. So things may look newer as time goes by. Anne is very sweet, knowledgeable & very caring. She lives right on property & her elder mom lives there too. The rooms are simple & roomy. Some are shared. Nancy J.Escondido, CA04Jan 23, 2019My mother was a resident at Annie's Place for 6 1/2 years. She received excellent care. The staff is friendly and Annie is a good and caring person. She treated my mother like family and always tood good care of her. She even had birthday parties for her. She passed away this year at almost 102 years old. Great place for elder loved ones.
