Animal Eye Care

I could not be more impressed with this facility and the staff. They were accommodating, easy to work with and made sure I completely knew what I needed to do for my fur baby. They squeezed my dog in when they were fully booked, and overbooked themselves to treat him. I would recommend this place to anyone who's animal was in need of eye care. So thankful for the great service and care for our littlest family member.

My cat was recently diagnosed with a corneal ulcer, and I was afraid that he was going to lose his eye. After taking him to his regular vet, I was instructed to take him to Animal Eye Care for a same day appointment. The staff squeezed us in an hour later.

When we checked in, there was a "welcome" sign for all the new patients that day. The sign welcomed my pet by name. Such a cute little touch!

The doctor was extremely thorough. He introduced himself by name, examined my cat, then explained the diagnosis and answered all of my questions. Following the visit, he sent me home with easy to understand printed instructions.

I am a medical professional, and I am not easily impressed by providers. However, I would recommend Dr. Berdoulay any time!

Maximus had cherry eye that required 2 surgeries. Since then he has grown up, he sees well. Happy dog! (Down side was the expense.)

I live in Norfolk and I had to bring my puppy here because he had a worm in his eye. Due to unexpected traffic, I was late and ended up missing my appointment, but they squeezed me in anyways! The people at the front desk were friendly AND the vet himself was knowledgeable and helpful. Although they couldn't find the worm, they kept up with me to ensure that the dog was ok. Great place to go if your pet has any eye problems!

I can't say enough good things about this specialty clinic. The staff are all so friendly and kind. The doctor is amazing at explain everything including cost right up front. The clinic is clean and modern, not outdated like some clinics in the area. My dog got cataract surgery here and he can now see! So glad my normal vet referred us. I would recommend this place to anyone!
