We brought our geriatric dog in for his annual vaccinations and 11 days later, he had seizures, which he never had before. We showed the staff videos of the and he continued to have limited mobility during his examinations.
Of course we brought him into the emergency vet section of this clinic. Twice. They took X-rays of his hind legs and expressed his anal glands. That's how they addressed his seizures.
By day 18 post-vaccinations, his seizures stopped. I believe he was administered a bad batch and boy, we ended up paying for it.
Update:
I remembered that this is the same clinic whose (non-ER) staff detected his mast cell tumor and rendered him cancer-free. Their regular veterinary care side of the clinic is great. The ER side charged for nonsense.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

What a wonderful group of caring, knowledgeable people! We were visiting from CA when our 2 yr old golden retriever suffered an allergic reaction in addition to 3 days of poor appetite, occasional vomiting. We were able to get her in right away. The care was swift and thorough and our sweet girl was much improved a day later! Thank you to Steph who kindly greeted us and helped us with all the paperwork, Mo (vet tech extraordinaire with the kindest heart) and Dr. Keith who patiently listened to our concerns, took the time to explain things to us and most importantly, treated our girl with such kindness. Thank you all!

My dog and I were traveling across country. Mabel became really sick on our third day on the road. I called the clinic telling them she was vomiting more and more every day. They were able to get me in as an urgent appointment. I was expecting to wait a while to see the vet, but she saw us quickly. After doing blood work, they found she was in end stage renal failure. I knew this was bad news... we still had 6 days on the road and I knew she would worsen, possibly suffer during that time. They gave me time to think about my decision to euthanize her and gave her an anti-emetic to make her more comfortable. Her prognosis was such an unexpected punch to my gut, but they helped us out and eased the process for me.

Rude veterinarian. I use to go to All Creatures but we moved and it was more convenient. I will going back to All Creatures after today. We spent a lot of money here and she were very rude.

Absolutely fantastic. I cannot say enough kind words about this clinic...from the clean, organized facility, to the welcoming and kind front desk ladies, to the awesome Vet tech and Vet. I was so grateful to have them there for my dog Eli when we visiting the area. Thank you all! Definitely recommend!

Started out as a semi emergency, out of town travelers, dog ran through barbed wire, called to be seen, had to make use of the 24/7 emergency, no problem, arrived @10:35AM, waited another 1hr+ before even talking with a vet tech, waited another hr for a vet, finally went to see what was timeframe to be seen, was informed by another vet tech(?) that they were "very busy" and there wasn't anyone even there, then I was told I could leave, after 2hrs of waiting with no explanation, we left...they need to work on their communication skills, and their bedside manner, would NOT recommend this veterinary to anyone...

Its disgusting reading these reviews and only seeing the company replying to the positive reviews when there are some other customers experiencing awfully major serious situations at your vet for DOGS. Also knowing your seeing these reviews and there concerns and only replying to the people with the positive good experience at your very poorly ran vet clinic all I can say is DO BETTER you are playing with real people lives and there beloved pets please be more concentrate of your customers before the right person sues you.

Took my cat into the emergency clinic for some belly pain and a temperature, they admitted him and in less than 24 hours he was bleeding from his bottom and drooling profusely suggesting shock. It was admitted that the reactions did not start until after they started treating him. The vet continued to give the same treatment despite the reaction he was having, I went to visit him and mentioned to the vet that he looked worse, and the vet agreed that he may do better at home so I took him home.He died 2 days later from toxic shock,he did not have toxic shock when he was admitted. When I voiced my concerns to the manager, she laughed in my face. I will be pursuing this until I get answers I would not recommend this hospital to anyone.

We have been clients of the Animal Clinic for at least 10 yrs. Our pets come in for their yearly visits for vaccines & we've had ok experiences . However, what is disappointing is that the last 2 times that we've needed to come in for emergency visits, we've been turned away! The statement was " we have a full schedule & that I'm welcome to go to the ER" The receptionist didn't hesitate to mention that it's $100 to walk thru the door. You would think that you'd try & work a patient of record into your schedule. So.... I had no problem calling the Vet clinic that I called the last time we had an emergency & they were very welcoming & saw my pet & it literally took 20 min out of their schedule. If you want to keep clients, it might mean adding an extra half hour into your day! It's called Customer Service! Thank you for listening
