Angie's Pet Spa & Boutique

I went to Angie's after reading reviews . The first groomer (petsmart) on pines did a horrible job and over priced. My puppies still smelled and the cut wasn't a cut . I had to bathe the puppies again at home to get rid of the smell... anyways lesson learned. I went to Angie's and was able to get a same day appointment. Angie took her time asking us what we were looking for in the cut , since I had no idea she helped . We picked up the puppies and they were amazing. They did an amazing job with Artemis and Pluto. Thank you!

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Angie's Pet Spa & Boutique. Time after time, they has proven to be awful, consistently missing important details and displaying a complete lack of communication between their employees.

During my last visit, they failed to perform the anal gland expression on my dog, which resulted in me having to bring my dog back in for an additional appointment. This was not only inconvenient but also showed a lack of attention to detail on their part.

To make matters worse, when I picked up my dog today, I discovered that the carefully organized ziploc bags containing the products I had left were spilled everywhere. It was evident that they had not taken the time or consideration to organize the bag properly. As a result, I had to spend additional time cleaning up the mess they had created.

Upon further inspection, I realized that they had also neglected to use the ear product that I had specifically provided. This made me question whether they had even used any of the products I had left for them. It is incredibly disheartening to see such laziness and lack of professionalism.

This experience was the last straw for me. I cannot justify spending my hard-earned money on a service that consistently falls short of expectations. I only wish I had the time to dispute the charge, but I believe they need the money more than I do and we were in a rush home to catch a flight. How I regret leaving a nice tip!

I strongly advise against using this pet groomer. There is nothing boutique about this place. The constant mistakes, lack of communication, and overall laziness have left me with no choice but to find a more reliable and competent groomer. Save your money and avoid the frustration I have endured. I will definitely not be returning.

BEWARE- this place is NOT a spa. this is the 2nd time I put my golden doodle in a nd left specific instructions and the so called groomer didNOTHING but shaved the Pup and charged 85.00$ for it. they take the easy way out. the didn't even TRY to style any part of the beautiful dog.

I took my Lola Angie's to be groomed. To say service was amazing is an understatement Angie pampered my little Lola. She came out beautiful. Everything was done. I have been having problems with my health so I used groomers coming to the house which were absolutely horrible, I will never take my dog anywhere else but to Angie's the negative reviews I don't understand.

I was very pleased with my cats haircut. They were very professional and you can tell that the groomers are gentle with your pets. I plan on bringing my other cats next time. Thank you for taking care of my girl.

I brush my dog ​​every day and I did it especially the morning before taking her to grooming. When they returned her to me, they had not only transformed my beautiful Havanese into a Poodle (nothing against that breed) by giving her the wrong cut. They also charged me $10 extra for supposed knots that I'm sure she didn't have.

Angie - I am so upset. I just picked up my golden doodle and my instructions went in one ear and out the other Yasmin. Said my dog was matted and therefor had to do a poodle cut which is EXACTLY what I DID NOT want

Please call me - my cell is on Mia's records. I spent two hours combing her prior to dropping her off. The one lady answered my text and also confirmed that her teeth would be brushed and also admitted they forgot- so they wasted my time when I dropped her off Pretending to listen to me and they did whatever they wanted.

Please call me when you get back in town because the attitude of the kid w the big earrings was incredibly rude.

Oh and he also told me the bows you put on groomed pets my dog ripped off... she leaves those bows on for two weeks

My baby came out so beautiful!! It was her second time getting groomed and they did an amazing job. I can tell their staff treats our pets super well because she came out so happy! I was hesitant about getting her hair dyed pink because i didn't know what the outcome would be but she came out beautiful and they did an amazing job!! Will be coming back!

My puppy Nyla was in dryer need of grooming she was in terrible state, so I called another groomer to get an appointment like yesterday but no luck.
However she kindly recommended Angie's and I must say I am so happy I went in. I am extremely please with their kindness, professionalism, and patience with my baby Nyla. Warned them that she can be aggressive, but she was as calm as a cucumber. Absolutely no muzzle was necessary.
We'll definitely be back we now have a PERMANENT GROOMER hooprayyyy

Sadie visited Angie's today, she looks so beautiful. The staff was friendly, the store clean and I finally found a groomer for my puppy after trying several!
