It was the worst steak I've ever been served and I have traveled the world. This steak was literally flavorless, not cooked to order, and I had to use steak sauce to eat this one. Something I never do! The salad was awful; there were too many mixed greens, and it was like eating yard cuttings. The ambiance was mundane. The waitress was attentive and courteous but seemed a bit too busy. This was the second time my wife and I have eaten here....wasn't impressed the first time, and this will be the last.

We ordered the chicken souvlaki and tour of Greece for carry out. Both meals were delicious and a very generous portion. The carry out packaging was well done and our food was ready right when they said it would be. We had almost as much leftover as we ate.
We were very pleased and will be back.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Jonnie J.Port St. Lucie, FL6414054Mar 27, 2021
Very good food and service! First time customer and I am so full! The portions are generous the food is delicious and the waitress was attentive. The house made ranch is very good ! We will have to try a pizza the next time we go . A few tables from us got a pizza and I wanted to snag a slice it looked so good.
We also got desert to go , I'm too full to eat it now , maybe cheesecake for breakfast?Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Morgan R.Louisville, KY23162May 28, 2020
A restaurant in which I was pleasantly surprised! The garlic knots were a little doughy for my taste but everything was SO full of flavor. We ordered a large Angelo's White pizza which had a bread-sauce-cheese ratio that was out of this world and a large greek salad with plenty of toppings, dressing, and delicious flavor. All
in all, lots of delicious food and the best ranch dipping sauce I've ever tasted. Plus, with a quick and easy to-go ordering process and very pleasant staff, we will definitely be back.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - S A.Charleston, SC1284Mar 3, 2022
Recently I had a terrible scare when I thought this place had closed permanently. It was just closed on a Monday. Whew! I love these cheese things on the Greek side of the menu. And they will do a request pasta dish for me with just Angel hair, oil and garlic. Amazing. Good bread too. And Desserts! Nice place.

A solid meal for the area...
I was in town for a bike race and looking for a hearty meal that would satisfy me as well as prepare me for the big calorie burn the next morning. Looking at the other offerings in the small communities of Leesville and Batesburg didn't provide much beyond fast food joints. Angelo's bubbled to the top of the list as the prime choice since I could get a proper pasta meal.
The restaurant was about 3/4 full as I entered and sat at the bar... usually a good sign. I was greeted as well as waited on promptly and opted for their spinach lasagna with a Greek salad. Slight upcharge for the Greek salad but totally worth it as it was a good sized salad for a pre-meal and loaded with Feta, black olives, cherry tomatoes, and sliced red onion (could've done without the onion but that's personal preference). As I polished off the salad, I was brought some of their garlic knots and they were hot, soft, buttery, and generally very tasty.
The main dish arrived in a VERY hot plate and was a perfect portion for one. Two wrapped pieces of lasagna pasta around some ricotta, spinach, Parmesan, topped with a red sauce and some gooey, hot melted mozzarella. I finished it off quickly... the sauce was savory, just the right amount of spinach, and the pasta was cooked perfectly. Probably could have reduced the Ricotta a bit, and opted for more mozzarella or Parm, but still a great meal.
I did not opt for dessert, but everything in the glass tower looked very delicious.
All in all, I was pleasantly surprised and would recommend Angelo's to anyone passing through.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Karen S.SC, SC02Oct 29, 2022
My pizza could have been better. I had a half-and-half supreme and half meat and they charged like $5.00 more and I also ordered a bake potatoes and it was not done

First time here. Got the chicken tips. They were outstanding! Just the right marinade. Came with the most delicious greek potatoes and garlic knots. What flavor. The only dissapointment was the greek salad. I hade a piece of romaine that was too wide to fit on my fork. I hate when the lettuce is not cut correctly. Serice was very good. Can wait to come back to try another dish if I can do so without ordering those delicious chicken tips again.

Inconsistent experience here. Liked it the first time several years ago. Been back every few months for pizza (because who really likes pizza hut?). But sometimes it's good and others it's not. Haven't been in over a year.
