After going through the stressful process of working with a different realtor that wasn't much help to us, we decided to contact Angeles. Our family had the pleasure of working with Angeles to purchase our FIRST home. She made the process way smoother and she actually paid attention to every detail in every home. She is also very experienced in her line of work and extremely helpful. She definitely goes above and beyond to help her clients. Any questions we had, she would always respond quickly. If we weren't sure of something, she would take her time to explain to us in detail. She was very patient with all of us. She would always keep us in the loop and would follow up with us after every time to see if we had any questions. I'm also very impressed by the fact that Angeles would answer any texts, emails, or calls at any time of the day and sometimes even nights. We were recommended to work with Angeles from a friend. We were first time homebuyers and I feel privileged to be able work with her. She was informative, responsive, flexible and personable in all of our interactions. There was a lot we didn't know throughout our experience but she provided her perspective which always helped us feel confident in our decisions. You might not like the answers but it all depends on your wants and needs when buying a house. We wanted a property that had most of our needs and many of our wishes but it didn't work out. I felt confident in moving on from that original property with Angeles's help. Now we just purchased a house we were really happy with and met all of our needs and had some of our wishes.

Also if your in need of lender recommendations or other professionals that are involved with the purchase process, she's got those references ready! She has also been able to provide us with lots of educational info that helped immensely and put all the important documents together for us after closing on a USB.

If you have questions Angeles is a teacher at heart and will give you an answer that's in your best interest. I will definitely be coming back to her when we are ready to move again in a few years. I would 100% recommend her to friends/family.

Being first time home buyers we weren't really knowledgeable when it came to the whole home purchasing process. We were first time home buyers and started looking for a realtor in the Central Valley. I came across Angeles on Yelp and loved what her clients said about her in their reviews. We started communication via email and Angeles was very professional and courteous.

Even with the Pandemic, Angeles made it a priority to stay in contact with us by our preferred method which was email and text. Angeles would look at things that I would not even think of like railroad tracks and other things that would cause disruptions at our new home. Angeles guided us through the entire process and made it a priority to explain each step of the process. My favorite part was that Angeles was on our side and was an all star with the builders and making sure we got everything we wanted in our new home.

Now the most surprising part of the process was that after we got keys I thought Angeles was done and now we have to deal with the builders on our own. But Angeles is sticking with us and even following up with the builders and construction crew to make sure we get the items we found in the walk through corrected/fixed.

I am truly grateful for the effort Angeles has put into this transaction and the feeling of her treating us like family.

We will refer all friends and family to her and if we ever have any other real estate transactions she will be our first and only go to.

Angeles helped me sell my mother's home after she passed away and worked hard to sell it for top dollar- her efforts showed she cared more about helping her client then just turning a quick sale. So a couple years later, I referred my daughter to Angeles. She helped my daughter find a home that was perfect for her needs. The best thing about working with Angeles is she listens to the client and communicates frequently, offering excellent advice and service. She is one realtor that truly earns and deserves her commission!
