What a amazing team lead by Mariah! She is no nonsense true professional that is not afraid to own up to mistakes and correct them to the best of her ability!
There were plenty of mistakes starting the visiting insurance adjuster who seemed very crast and unprofessional to say the least...his behaviour was disrespectful and very disappointing!
The lead insurance adjuster was simply AMAZING, KIND and a consumate professional and took much pride in the work he provided!
The car's repair work was " simply a work of art" and Anderson Behel made sure my car was washed and clean upon pick up which was a breath of fresh air!
Thank you to Mariahfor the education that opened my eyes to her profession and of Anderson Behel!

They did a great job on my car. It was hit from behind and there was minor damage, but considering it's a BMW, everything is super expensive. I claimed it through my insurance and had this shop do the repairs. The person working on my car was Duc. He's so good and detail oriented. You can tell he's been doing this for a very long time by his experience. He explain everything the car needs and gets the job done. A+ work. Only thing is, one of my parts was delivered broken, so there was a delay and my car took longer than estimated, but that wasn't their fault.

Last week I experienced why Anderson Behel Body Shop is successful in business for a long time. I was shopping for a body shop to fix the minor scratches in my car that is ending its lease. I send the photos to almost 10+ body shops asking for an estimate.
Mariah Cardenas - customer service manager at Anderson Behel Body shop, not only replied to my email but also called me and inquired about further details about the scratch. In that phone call, she identified it as a minor one and she offered a free fix. Same time some of the other body shops replied to my email in a single line with a minimum quote for $450 and the highest quote was a little above $1000.
Overall, I am so grateful for their honesty, integrity, and dedication to the customers. These guys win my business forever. Also, I keep referring Anderson Behel Body shop to my friends. I had a minor parking lot blemish on my Porsche and wanted to get it fixed as accurately as possible by a Porsche certified shop. I spent almost a year researching and reading reviews before I decided on Anderson Behel.
The entire process was as smooth as could be. I got an initial quote and they said they would need it for 4 days to repair. My particular job only required the plastic bumper cover replacement.
I dropped the car off on a Monday. There was a minor increase in parts costs which they called to get my OK before continuing, and the car was done by Wednesday. I was really surprised by this as my previous body shop experiences always run 1.5-2x the stated estimate.
The quality of the repair is very high, and they re-badged the car perfectly (which was a concern for me.)
My car returned clean, with no "extra" miles on it and no new dings or damage.

I took my car in to get some minor work done on 12/17/18 because my car ended up being a "bystander" during a car accident that happened in front of my bf's house on 12/1/18. It was a minor hit but there was a big enough paint chip and misaligned body to really bug me. I have AAA as my car insurance and they sent me to this body shop. The people here are so nice and accommodating, not to mention... they have a kitty that seemed to have adopted everyone and he's been named Anderson, after the body shop name, lol.
My car was projected to be ready 1/8/19, but they ended up calling me last week to let me know that it is ready 12/21/18. I was so happy by the job well done to my Mazda3 to make it look like a brand new car again - the paint job done was amazing, the misaligned body is fixed. I'm amazed by the great job they've done.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
This is where Anderson Behel stands out. The office manager (Mariah) in my experience is genuinely and sincerely concerned about the business delivering a great experience. For me, the experience was like going to a 5 star restaurant - the kind of restaurant with $300 entrees. This was simply the best customer experience at an autobody shop I have ever experienced.

Helpful (down to quickly arranging shuttle rides, and I do mean quickly)

Those words describe Mariah to a T. The visit involved 2 insurance companies and a rental company (my wife's Toyota 4Runner was hit while parked). The paperwork and billing was handled so smoothly I could not help but be impressed. This shop really has its act together.
TECHNICAL/CRAFTSMANSHIP
Adrian was my estimator. Adrian is also a tech and he was nothing less than excellent. He has a sharp eye for detail and he went out of his way to consult on areas of the car not related to the accident. Throughout the repair process I was kept informed about status with timely calls. The work was excellent, and when I requested some tweaks to the work (I've done bodywork and painted cars), I was thanked for the feedback and accommodated on the spot.
And, they provide a lifetime warranty on the work.
I'm happy to report that the repairs were completed with all OEM parts, which the body shop has some role in making happen (in addition to the insurance carrier).
PRICING
I can not evaluate this. This was an insurance claim for a no-fault accident, but based on this high quality of service any future insurance-funded work is going to this shop.
TIMELINESS/OTHER
The repairs were completed on-time according to the estimate. I've had cars at other shops languishing for weeks and months. I saw a lot of high-end expensive cars at this shop and I understand why. Had the pleasure of dealing with Jeff the shop manager and he was a great help. Had to get some work done for my wife's car and he got the job done for a very reasonable price and turn around time was a lot faster than I expected. Definitely returning for any future work.

First i would like to say Thank you Anderson Behel Staffs, you guys are most friendly and out going company!
First time coming to this shop and sure ill be coming back here if anything happens again. The car was repaired perfectly just out of the factory and they will make your car nice and shiny inside and out. They will call you and update you on your cars process which is a PLUS so you don't have to wonder and call in yourself.
This body shop rocks and will get the job done smooth and quick.

You know when you're so satisfied that you wanna write a review, that's what this is.
I got in a small accident, at-fault, about a month ago that left my front right side damaged. This was my first major accident that required extensive body work, so I was a bit anxious about the whole process.
First, I called my insurance company to start a claim, I used their app to take photos of the damage and that would provide an estimate for the claim. I don't suggest doing this because they will send a check (less deductible) immediately and its usually less than what the repair will actually cost. I would go to the auto body shop first and get them to send their estimate to the insurance company.
Second, after some research on local body shops and reading reviews, I decided to go to Anderson Behel. The whole process was a breeze. They have you bring in the car and do the initial inspection, detailing all the damage from the accident. They even found damage that I didn't even notice (the shock of the accident shifted some of the frame on the opposite side). Then they'll ask for your insurance information and will deal with them directly with the estimates and costs. All I had to do was hand over the keys and pay the deductible when I picked it up. They even put a ride share for me to get back to work, and called another one to pick me up when the car was done.
The whole repair took a little more than a month, but mainly due to an OEM part being back ordered. I was informed of the back order delay at week two, and updated on week three if it was okay that the part was after market. I agreed, and glad I did, they got the after market part the following week and finished the job. The back order part is still back ordered.
When I arrived, I was really surprised at how well the repair went. It was as if the accident never happened. The whole staff there is friendly, informative, and more importantly they do a great job. Highly recommend, and kudos to Mariah too for providing great support.
