Anaconda Sewer & Drain

Sean charged me for a repair but did not complete it because, according to him, he didn't have the required part. He said that he will get the required part and complete the repair the next day. When he did not come back, I called him and he said he was sorry, something important came up but he'll be back in two days. When he didn't come back, I called and, he was sorry he had to take care of his kids. After about 10(!) times of scheduling and not showing up he simply stopped picking up the phone when I called and never responded to any messages I left.

Other two reviews about poor customer service are unfortunately accurate. I called on a Saturday about a slow running storm drain. I was sure to mention that it wasn't an emergency and I was given an appointment for the following day. An hour after he was supposed to come I called and got a call back that something came up and he wouldn't make it. Reschedule for the following day. Next day they finally show up 4 1/2 hours late.

If not for the fact that a storm was looming and didn't want to chance any problems I agreed to his in my opinion WAY OVERPRICED WORK. I'll be kicking myself for a long time for paying $1000 to have my drain snaked and water-jet cleaned. The only saving grace is that it was done well. Drain hasn't flowed this well since it was new. Left very little mess and in his defense was upfront on the price.
Definitely will NOT be a repeat customer.

I called about a slow running basement floor drain that needed snaking. I told them that it's not an emergency, so they can schedule it around a time that's convenient for them. We scheduled for a few days later. They didn't show up. I called them and they said they'd reschedule and they didn't show up. Then I called again and they wouldn't pick up. I kept calling and they never picked up. I called from a different number abd they finally picked up a couple of weeks later. I asked them, "what happened to our appointments?" They said, "we're sorry but we don't service crown heights." That's great. But you already knew where the address was and you missed two appointments AND you avoid picking up calls from my number. Thank God they didn't get any money from me. And I hope that they don't get any money from any one else.
