HORRIBLE COMPANY!! I have been in business for 20 plus years and have dealt with many companies. I have NEVER dealt with any company that would rather lie to you than try to fix a problem and keep business. I have had several instances with this company and they have never resolved any of them for me. They always blamed the sales rep for any issues. She would stand in my shop and call the company with a problem and they would say it would be taken care of. I would turn around and call them after the problem was not resolved and they would say that they knew nothing about it. I had just heard the whole conversation. Fortunately, my sales rep wised up and quit!! I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING ELSE FROM THESE UNPROFESSIONAL GREEDY INDIVIDUALS!!
