This review is long overdue. I have been coming here for several years with my work vehicle - a 12 ton Freightliner box truck. I have always received excellent service. They are always very accommodating in working me into their schedule at the last minute.

The mechanics do great work. Excellent at diagnosing the problem as well as the repair work. I have never had an issue with either.

These guys will also meet you on site, if needed. They have come out a few times to jump start my truck (it seems that leaving the dome light on over the weekend is problematic for the battery) and if memory serves me correctly, they have also met me on site to do repairs to my lift gate.

Whether they are working out in the field or in their own shop, they have always been cordial, friendly, and willing to explain everything that they are doing.

Very knowledgeable in serving big rigs, also they have the best price in the area. I have been a repeat customer for over 5 years and I always leave satisfied. Thanks

If you can avoid this company do that immediately they are fucking criminals they have worse service and you will be charged three times more expensive than ever place they works so fuckin slow to charge you for more hours to rebuilt a engine they need one month and 28700$ when brand new engine from the factory is 28000$ plus installation 2000$.fuck this company avoid it. They towed me to their yard my batteries was down and I was asking for jumps because was so hot outside and they said 120$ after I payd 460$ for towing I never heard about 120$ for jumps I now it's 40$ I was in they're shop and they are asking 120$ for customers fucking criminals bull shit.

I had my car towed thru my insurance company so I can't comment on any of their prices. I can say that they showed up very quickly and the driver Steve was very nice, helpful, had a great attitude and did a great job on a cold morning.

Driver came out to pull my truck from a snow bank in our driveway. They asked if road was paved, yes it is; what is driveway made of, gravel. They assumed because of these answers they could stay on the road to pull out the truck. We have a sharp curve in the drive and the truck was so long it couldn't get down the drive. They charged us the full amount of towing us out and they didn't do anything. We will never call these people again.

Very quick to the job. Did a great job. Very helpful an nice. If you like to park illegally, you won't like them or any other tow operation. If you need help, these are the guys to call.

Fantastic service. Knowledgeable staff. Sr. tech Steve worked on our RV when we were stranded passing through Utah. The motorhome is running perfectly, thanks to Steve. He is very experienced and diagnosed and fixed the problem which saved our roadtrip. We were glad that we stumbled on AMS (via calling roadside support line).

Had my car towed from the scene of the accident. Tow truck driver acted very rude and unhappy with his JOB! They charge insane fees and will NOT release your car outside of business hours even for an additional gate fee. I was very dissatisfied with their attitudes and service, will definitely not recommend to anyone in the future. If I could give them no stars I would do so. Also, Rick one of the guys that works on the lot was extremely rude and short tempered for no reason.

They skulk around parking lots looking for vehicles to tow without solicitation from the police or property owners. Once towed, you have to choice but to pay them if you want your vehicle back. What recourse is there? Not a whole lot it seems. What a racket they have going, $260 of hard earned money lining the pockets of nothing more than common crooks.

If we could give them no stars we would. Horrible customer service, horrible management, just overall horrible. It's been a nightmare working with them.
