Amore Fiori Flowers and Gifts

I had placed an order for my father in law for 2018 Valentine's Day. While the flowers I received were nice they didn't fully match the description and lacked the bow around the vase making it feel like it was done fast and not to full standard. I will attach the photo of the arrangement I order and what was delivered. While yes, some red roses were substituted for pink ones which was good it didn't have the same quantity of flowers in the description which also was disappointing I was missing about 5 tulips, which isn't a big deal but you would hope since you were place an order with time that it is done correctly and looks at least finished. I'm truly disappointed always have gotten our arrangements from here but this time when it's suppose to be even more special it wasn't up to the standard.

Beautiful arrangements and excellent customer service. My friend's father recently passed away and I sent a floral arrangement. They reached out when my friend wasn't home to coordinate a better delivery time and made sure not to leave them outside so the flowers wouldn't freeze. They communicated with me about the delay in delivery and helped my friend coordinate a better time. For sure will use them again!

I have reached out to them multiple times since moving to Central Park, and they have been superb each time. I select them because I know they get it and will get it right.

What a sweet little shop! I popped in and purchased two, single stem roses. One of the ladies gussied them up by adding greenery and some small yellow accent flowers. The result was two perfectly petite arrangements. They looked lovely on my Rosh Hashanah table!

I did not receive one email from Amore Fiori regarding the following which I sent to them over the weekend after my daughter sent a picture of the flowers to me. When I placed my order I specifically asked for peonies, hydrangea, bells of Ireland and eucalyptus. While I was on the phone the manager interrupted my conversation with the clerk and said I'd have to pay at least $90 to have peonies included. I told her of course to charge me for the peonies but the peonies were never placed in the bouquet nor was the eucalyptus. I've been a customer for a few years, both delivery and walk in and I have to say I am terribly disappointed with these flowers. Today is my daughter's birthday and she received her Master's degree this morning. A very special day. I thought Amore Fiori would at least honor my request or the very least, tell me if they didn't have the flowers I requested so I could decide whether to go forward with the order. The particular flowers I requested have very special meaning in our family. I am disappointed beyond words.

After a long hunt for wedding flower, we decided on Amore Fiori for the following reasons:

1) Staff is amazing! Kendra was my main point of contact, and was beyond helpful. I went in, knowing NOTHING about flowers or good mixes of blooms to combine, which was right up Kendra's alley. I brought in a copy of our invitation and said "can we create something similar to this?", and the next thing I know, she's grabbing bits of this and that to create the perfect bouquet. She blew me away with her knowledge and how amazing the bouquets came out for our big day!

2) I'm always surprised how much it costs to put together flowers, but found prices here to be the most reasonable, of the research I did. 1 massive bouquet, 4 bridesmaid bouquets and a vase full of beauties at the entrance was $500 - including delivery!

3) Their shop is cutesy, warm and super cute. I felt right at home!

I will most definitely use Amore for any other event, as I was very impressed! :)

I had an arrangement delivered to a close friend. Flowers were perfect and Kirsten the driver was super friendly and sweet. Will definitely be using them again.

This was for Valentine's 2018. The first picture was what my husband based his order on. They offer three levels of flowers: good, better, and best. He chose better and according to the website it says that better and best arrangements are what you see in the picture upgraded with either more flowers or more expensive flowers than the good product. The other pics are of what I got. My husband didn't feel what I got was a good representation of the picture and called for a replacement. It took two days to get a replacement and the delivery guy said the shop wanted the first set of flowers back! I couldn't even keep the first set to make a more fuller arrangement. They were already wilting by the third day. The new arrangement was similar to the first arrangement but with different colored flowers. It was still nowhere near what the picture looked like.

I called Amore-Fiore and they said that FTD pics are deceiving because they push the arrangements around to make it look more full. That picture from FTD has 6 roses in it. I got four. If they feel that FTD doesn't represent their product accurately, perhaps they shouldn't use them as a vendor. I asked for a refund. The replacement flowers were different colors. I was so irritated I didn't get pics of the second arrangement.

Here's the kicker...I wanted to take Valentine's off from work but my husband said he ordered something special for me that was coming to the office. What a waste.

Update March 2020: After at least 6 wonderful experiences with this shop, I had a bad experience recently. I tried to order flowers for my wife, as usual, but was told that I must also purchase a vase. My wife works less than 1 mile away and has multiple vases and doesn't need another. I was told it was mandatory. I usually spend $100 on flowers and have been a customer for 2 years. I work overseas and like to send my wife flowers throughout the year at random times. They just loss future business.

Excellent floral design, top-notch customer service and timely follow up, I could not be happier with my experience with Michelle and Amore Fiori. I discovered that many floral shops don't like or refuse to deliver to hospitals even post Covid. Michelle handled the delivery request without a question and I was able to surprise my dear friend with a beautiful arrangement. Many thanks!
