This hotel is amazing, the breakfast is an actual meal and not some old stale bagels and danishes with week old coffee, the service is legit, you don't have to beg for towels or toilet paper, I checked in to my room and there was a stack of full sized towels! They also turn over the room every day, not just once a week, so your room is always clean and stocked up, there is a pool and hot tub that is available until Midnight and they have beach towels available so don't have to take two of your room towels, they also have a laundry that I should've taken advantage of - this place is really great

Our family of seven (4 generations) from Texas stayed at AmericInn while traveling to Wyoming and South Dakota for Fall Break. I'm very torn as to how to write this review... The lobby is very inviting when entering the hotel. We loved all the mounts they have except there is something very wrong with the buffalo mount over the fireplace.. The rest of the mounts were very impressive to look at, especially the elk mount upstairs! And I loved the bear rug upstairs! The employees were very friendly!! The rooms themselves were very clean as in the carpets, bathrooms, beds, etc. BUT this is where I have a problem...2 of the 3 rooms we booked had worms in the rooms... We found 1 worm in one of the rooms and the other room had 5-6 worms that we found. I'm not sure what kind of worms they were.. Also, they advertise a "hot, made to order breakfast" and this is very misleading. It is a basic hotel breakfast. The only item they make to order is an egg omelet. And no one in our family liked the coffee... I did love that they offered our two grandsons a book upon checking out. If it were not for the worms in the room, I would have recommended this hotel but I will not book here again because of that..

Amazing experience at AmericInn!!! Recommend to anyone on their way to Badlands/Rapid City! We had to check in late at 4am from driving a long way from Bozeman and were greeted at the front desk by the most pleasant and hospitable man named Greg. He offered us a quick and easy check in and even packed to go bags of food/breakfast since we wanted to sleep in. He also was able to accommodate a later check out for us! The next morning we found out Greg was the owner of the inn and he assisted us with water and everything we needed before checking out. We are so grateful for Greg and his wife for their incredible hospitality. Hope to come back one day soon!

Our family is very pleased with the AmericInn located in Belle Fourche. My daughter-in-law's father passed away unexpectedly with the service taking place in Belle Fourche. Stacey and the crew were exceptional in their service to our family and to everyone else that was staying there. These guys went above and beyond to help our family as they worked through all of the details.

Not only was the staff superb, but the facilities were clean and comfortable. We have stayed in places that were newer and were supposed to be "better quality" but none have come close to matching this particular hotel. To be honest...it was the staff that made the difference. It goes to show you that you can have bigger, newer with more bells and whistles but if you don't have the staff it doesn't really help.

I highly recommend the AmericInn to anyone that may need a great place to stay.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. My family and I had an excellent experience here. Everyone on the staff I encountered was extremely friendly and helpful, without fail. The breakfast was great. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable. Anything we needed we received. An added bonus was they are not COVID "crazy". Masks weren't required. They prefer you use common sense and maintain distance when possible. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Not only is this a super clean & incredibly comfortable hotel, the customer service is some of the best I've ever encountered!! We were on a 10 day vacation & this was the best hotel we stayed in the entire time!!

I never leave reviews, but feel compelled to after the awesome service we received. The hotel was decent/nice, but the service was exceptional! At check-in the person at the front desk (CarrieAnn?) seemed to really enjoy their job. During breakfast Diane made guests omelets and was clearing plates for people after they finished their meal, which was a pleasant surprise for a continental breakfast. I'd recommend it!

Nice and new motel, with a very friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms are a good size and very clean. You get the feeling they really enjoy their job, and appreciate your visit. Breakfast was very good, the lady taking care of everything is very nice, she will also make you a fresh omelet, and there is scrambled eggs, meat, rolls,tst, and I like the fact they had English muffins. Breakfast room just a bit small, but can't have everything, :) Very pleasant stay, highly recommended. Very nice decor and lobby, as picture shows.
