Amazing place. Dean and company are very honest and pricing is on par with most places. They will only use factory parts - so you can pay a little more sometimes, but it does come with a warranty. I started using them because my job was in Alpharetta and they provide "shuttle" service to and from within reason.

Owner of a BMW 540i. A blinking check engine light came up. Scared the crap out of me. Went in the shop, technicians diagnosed it. We ran out of time and we didn't found a certain cause to the problem(later it was agreed to be probably caused by the MHD and XHP tune I have on my car). They didn't charge me and told me to come back in the shop another day for them to look deeper into the vehicle. Came in another day, they looked at it. They didn't found anything obviously wrong, and didn't charge me again for the examination.

Couple of thing outstanding about the shop:

1: They are HONEST in telling me that they found nothing broken. They did not try to talk me into any fix that my car does not actually require.

2: They showed RESPECT and understanding for people who mod their car. Some workshop will try to blame the owner and attribute the cause for any damage to the car to the mods that they have on their car, but they didn't. If you are an enthusiast, I would recommend you to come to this place.

3: VALUE. Examination fee was $125, much cheaper compared with another European repair shop at around $188 and another BMW dealer at above $200. If you go with their recommended fixes, they waive the examination fee for you. Nalley Decatur BMW doesn't waive. So if you are a fellow BMW owner, don't go to any BMW dealer around Atlanta because they suck. Global imports BMW as an exception though: my uncle regularly has his Alpina B7(fancy version of 7 series) serviced there. Only downside to global imports is that they are a bit on the costly side. Still leagues better than other BMW dealers. The other dealers are expensive and provide shit services. Nalley Decatur BMW tried to sell me a gas cap for $90 when I acquired it in Princeton BMW for $30 when I was at New Jersey.

Also, would strongly recommend this place if your car is a BMW 40 series. That includes vehicles like 340,440,540,740, and such. A technician there owns an old 740i, so you can expect fair amount of expertise in the 40 series specifically.

I would go to this place in the future for the majority of my services and I would update this thread on each and every visits.

I do not recommend this place at all!! It took them 6 hours to run a diagnostic. People were constantly telling me they would "check on it" and never did. They never apologized or anything. It took them forever* to tell me they need to order the part that will take 3-4 days to arrive! On top of that, HUGE ripoff!! The diagnostic costed $130. They tried to charge me over $1500 to fix an issue. I called a dealership, and they offered me $1100 to fix the issue including labor. If I'm paying a premium for something, I expect premium customer service.

Rudest people. No customer service skills. I'd honestly rather pay more to get service from someone who won't talk to me like an enemy.

My car broke down out of town. A check with the locals uncovered glowing reviews for this repair show. The work turned out to be more involved than originally thought. Steven kept me appraised every step of the way and really stood behind his work. While the work turned out to be expensive, I never for a second thought that I was being taken advantage of. I wish this place was closer to where I live. They would get all of my work.

This place trumps all. The whole place inside and out is nice and clean.
The place smelled like vanilla when I walked in.
Their prices are fair. I can tell they really know what they're talking about when it comes to fixing problems on cars.
I love the waiting room. A Keurig coffee maker. Nice tv, clean, plenty of room. Clean bathroom. Very nice employees. I will definitely be a repeat customer. I'm not interested in going anywhere else.

I took my car in after it died on my way home from work. I knew it would be a pretty pricey repair and was nervous to try a new mechanic, being new to the area, I had no choice.
Dean was very honest, efficient, and finished the repairs quickly. They shuttled me to work the day I brought in the car, and even cleaned and vacuumed my car when the repairs were completed. It was such a pleasant surprise!

I will be using them indefinitely and trust Dean completely to give me a fair evaluation and preform high quality work.
I plan to bring in my car in another 30k miles for regular maintenance and am very happy I found them. Good, trustworthy mechanics are hard to come by. 5 stars all the way!

Steven and his team at America's service station are the absolute BEST! We wouldn't trust our vehicles with anyone else but them! 5 stars!

Our company trusted our fleet trucks to their care & keeping. We had two engines rebuilt. There were constant problems and the last issue was damage done by putting the truck up on a lift. The owner got rude and told us not to bring our trucks back. It is not our fault they rebuilt an engine and did things wrong. So many components kept failing and each time the mechanic would say "whoever did this repair messed this up".

I was blown away that after so many service visits and so much business that we gave the shop that he would have such a temper that he would tell us to leave and not come back.

Beware when you take your vehicles there that the warranty will not be honored by other locations either!

I highly recommend this place. I've been here more than a few times over the past five years, and have always received prompt, thorough, and reasonably priced service. Dean clearly wants happy clients, and follows through to make sure that happens. Roberto and all the men I've dealt with here are straightforward, friendly, and trustworthy. And they keep my old car running like new!
