We always come here for a pepperoni and jalapeño pizza. Its always so good one of the best pizza places around the Richmond/San Pablo area.

I've never liked their pizza but my family swears this is the best pizza ever. That's if you like a sugary flavored crust and extra oily pizza.

Not I!

But decided to try something else off their menu other than pizza. So I tried ordering their shrimp tacos. Smh. I should have known food poisoning was in order.

Never again.

This review is only on their shrimp tacos that are really good and I have been ordering for years.  The shrimp tacos are tangy with a ton of grilled mushrooms and grilled onions.  They are topped off with tomato, cilantro and more onions.   They come with chips and salsa.  I highly recommend.  They are a bit in the high end price but worth every penny and the portions are generous.  Customer service is not the best, but the tacos are worth 5 stars.  I only pick up or have them delivered.

I've been going here since 2011. I am in love with their fries with meat all over it. The burritos and pizza are very very good. Always has tasted fresh to me. I use to live in the area and would have it delivered. It's open late so it's a good place to grab awesome food for late night adventures.
Hope they open more locations across the bay area. I think what would make this 5 stars is if the to go containers/bags weren't so greasy.

Honestly. This place is the epitome of late night drunk food. Though I personally haven't eaten it at that time..that's how it feels. It's pricey in my humble, broke girl opinion but its still tasty. I always just get the steak and prawn fries and they're so bomb. I could eat them every night. I remember going to Americana when I was little for sliced pizza. I think this is just one of those places I have natural "I grew up eating it" bias for. See ya soon Americana

Comfort food late at night. We've been going to this place for years.
Put in multiple "to go" orders late at night & they're always ready by the time we get there. Just had the fries nachos & they're still awesome late night food!

Wow....if you want poor delivery time, poor execution of food, poor communication and not get what you ordered... this is the place!!! Unfortunately there is no rating for bad service  and food . If there was they get 5 stars!!!!

Before I start this review I would like to say that is was a "OMFG I am so hungry I just need food in my system" type of run, so I didn't do much research on this joint upon walking in. I did notice however there was no health department green label in front but I said F it I'm still hungry and at this point craving Mexican food. So this joint is pretty dope it's a Italian/Mexican joint and you don't see that many places around here like that.

The woman working the front was on her phone and didn't greet me as I walked in, coming from both working in this type of industry to running my own I didn't like how she glanced up at me then went back to her phone.

They don't have Lengua & black beans and that's usually the two things I go for in my burrito but I didn't turn my back on them I went for it and made an order "special chicken alfredo burrito" sounds pretty cool, as I am still waiting on my order so I'll need to update this once I get it.

BUT beware the prices are not on the display menu so don't be like me and order a meal and be surprised by the jacked up prices.

Their chicken nachos are honestly the best nachos I've had (not that I'm a connossieur or anything).  Love their flautas, and it's great that they give you so many options, including flour or corn tortillas.  They provide ample chips and salsa as well.
I will say they are usually late (30 min to an hour after the estimated delivery time on Yelp Eat 24), but I enjoy the food so much that I don't mind anymore.

I usually love their chicken Alfredo nacho  so but the service here is really rude they messed up my order and refused to make me another one and my girlfriend at had to pick up a new meal form them and it was their mistake if they make your food right is a good choice

Food is good sometimes. It's hit or miss. Today however I order a pizza and wings. They normally take about an hour so didn't think much about it. Close to an hour and thirty minutes I decided to call. What did they say? "Oh just a couple more minutes" what does that really mean? It means we forgot to deliver your food and it's just been sitting here. Sure enough a few minutes later it's here and cold as can be . So disappointed. Also, what's with them not getting out of the car for delivery? Usually I go to them but not today, I was mad and hungry. He calls me to tell me he's outside. I said OK and wait at the door. Do they expect customers to go to their car ? I might as well go cook the food too since they can't seem to get that right either.

Hubby and I were hungry so we decided to grab some late night goodies. I ordered the carne asada fries and hubby had the 3 super tacos. We ordered for delivery and was running a bit late in picking it up so it was our fault that the fries were a bit soggy. I prefer liquid cheese to shredded but I always had a soft spot for their fries. The tacos were good but fries were ehh...

I Ordered Delivery and paid 65 bucks plus tip for food I couldn't stand to eat. I wish I could give no stars. To start the driver wouldn't even get out of gis car, then when we sat down to eat the food was inedible the pizza had no sauce and was undercooked the Caesar salad we got were covered in store bought dressing and croutons were like little bits of wet bread it was a salty soggy disappointment. When I called to complain about the issues I was told I was wrong and when I asked for the manager I was hung up on. Never getting this crap again.

I want to like Americana.  I really do.  But the 15 minute phone wait with the lady that says that just keeps repeating "Can you hold?" only to hang up on you was a bit much.

That, and the food was sub par... I ordered the Chicken Melanese, which came with a side of spaghetti, blanched veggies that looked like they came from a frozen food bag, and a piece of bread that was just randomly tossed in there.  The chicken itself was decent, and I wanted to give 2 stars for it, but I have to ultimately rate this place down for sub par service and the rest of the quality of the food.  It is not worth the money, sadly.

Delivery tooooook forever! Calamari rings are ok and carne Assad's nachos were soggy. Got a nicely packed rice but had a bitter after taste. Don't know if the food is quality for price. Not really happy with service or food quality.

I have been ordering pizza from this place for over 3 years. I keep ordering because I keep hoping they get it together. But today was the last of it.

I'll start off by saying that a year ago I cancelled my order because it was two and a half hours late. They said they would return the money to my credit card within 24 hours. 7 Days later the money was still not in my account and they refused to give me a refund. I had to go to my bank file a dispute with them.

I decided if I wanted to continue ordering pizza from this place I would start paying cash only. Today I ordered a pizza and mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks were completely burned. When I called them to let them know the mozzarella sticks were burned they said I had to bring the order to them so they could see that it was true. So let me get this straight, I ordered something for delivery and they messed up my order and now I have to physically drive the order to them so they can see that they made a mistake??? Worst service ever. Not once or twice, but every time. I like to support local businesses but this is just wrong. They just lost a customer.

Delivery takes forever but the food is good and they're like the only restaurant that delivers this late so it's fine. Also the lady who helped me over the phone is really nice and sweet. So 4 stars for her! I didn't get her name though lol but I'm sure she knows who she is. Hey girl! U helped me with downloading the EAT24 app. Thanks
