Alex is one of the very few experts that you can trust and rely on, him and his crew, Tony have fantastic work ethics and integrity. They also charge very reasonable. Alex even showed up on a Sunday to my house after their service just for testing and consultation.

I recently had the pleasure of working with American Supreme Roofing, and I must say, they truly exceeded my expectations in every aspect of the job. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, their commitment to excellence was evident every step of the way.

If you're going to be evaluating roofing companies, my first choice would be American Supreme Roofing, Daniel from American supreme roofing would be probably one of the most genuine person I've worked with he is experienced calm and kind while being precise.

The team that came to do the roof finished the job in the first day, because of the quality of the workmanship and the amount of people, they brought out the team finished on time.

It was rainy season and they were able to complete the job before sundown in the first day because of the skill and the teamwork this job got done on time and early.

American Supreme Roofing recently completed a re-roof project on our house. Our roof layout is pretty complex with a turret. Salvador and his crew did a great job and cleaned up at the end of every day. The project managers, Alex and Daniel, were very responsive throughout. We really liked that whenever we called, a live person answered the phone and we got quick responses. We felt they were fairly priced as they landed squarely in the middle of all the quotes we got. We had a good experience using American Supreme Roofing and would use them again.

Called American Supreme to diagnose and repair a leak. Alex came out and gave a reasonable quote, they started work the following Monday. Tony and crew showed me the wet, damaged wood and repaired the leak, they were polite, professional and cleaned up well. Two days later it rained...and they roof still leaked!

I called the office, Alex was back out within 2 hours to assess the situation. He said there was likely another leak in another part of the roof, farther from the original damage. Tony and crew were back out within 2 days, found the second leak and repaired it. It rained last night and I'm happy to report no leaks. I highly recommend American Supreme.

TL;DR moderate price (literally in the middle of the low and high quotes we received), good communication and fast to come out to roof but ended up not happy with the final product. We contacted them about our dissatisfaction and they said our concerns were "aesthetic." You can see in the photos attached our disapproval. All of photos you see here were shared with ASR in our initial email expressing our concerns.

Our main problem with the work was that there were a few questionable areas where the cap sheet was pulled too tightly so it was not fully adhered at the lowest point of the valley creating an area where water (or other debris) could potentially be blown under and cause a leak over time. We have been dealing with a recurring leak so this was not OK with us. It needed to be perfect since they were ripping up the whole roof. They came back out said it was "fine the way it was" and just sealed the area with black sealant and put granules on top (see photo of the repair). Because they provided a 3 year workmanship warranty we were not happy that they didn't fix it properly within 1 week of the work being completed. We noticed this when we went onto the roof 3 days after the repair to do a water test before starting our interior construction.

We are also very disappointed about the state of the completed work. We have a very modern white/clean home and take great pride in keeping everything pristine. We brought up that we were unhappy about the black sealant covered nails along the z-bar (pictured) but they said they were proud of their work but would paint over it if we wanted them to - we declined. The gentleman who initially came out to meet the final inspector said that they did not use nails and that they were covering existing holes. We have compared our before photos and there were no existing nails. When the person came out today they said they had put the nails into the wall and were happy with the way it looked. Black sealant on a white z-bar does not look good.

It pains me to have to write a one star review, as I have never done so but dealing with this company has been one of the worst experiences I've had.

First of all, Alex came to give me a quote on May 18,2023 , the interaction was basic and he said he would send me the quote in a few days via my email.


After a few weeks of calling , texting and emailing American Supreme Roofing they still haven't been able to provide me with the quote/paperwork to get my project started. I've talked to Kimberly at their of office who just keeps telling me that I am top priority and they are working on it. Well after more than a month I still haven't received anything.

I just find it it a waste of time to come to my house and then when I'm ready to move forward with hiring them they just completely drop the ball and become unresponsive. Very unprofessional but overall I'm glad they showed their true colors , as I would have hated having done business with this company and then need warranty or something down the road and they completely ghost me.

Please avoid wasting your time and just go with another roofing company that actually cares about their customers.

We had to replace a new roof and these guys were the best. Jose came out on a Friday night after hours to talk to us about their company and the product they use. He was very transparent about everything. It was such a great feeling to be able to ask question and we received an honest answer. This is a family owned company and they take pride in it. I highly recommend this company to do your roof. Daniel came out to go over the prices and it was nice because there was not any hidden fees. They did the job super fast.

Fastest responders, most organized scheduling process, and price point was one of the lowest for my small roof repair.
