Im baccckkkk! I see people are leaving vague reviews that wont help you, so super laser hair removal lady is here. ;)

I am now getting my whole body lasered for hair removal. Why? Because it works! Why else would I go back for the past 4 yrs.? Please note, I'm white (irish and german) and my hair is BLACK plus it was course and irritated whenever i shaved it, it was miserable. American laser hair removal has been so effective! Now my hair comes back like those blondes that ive always envied. Yes hair comes back, but not like it did before. I dont have to shave for wks and its no big deal. I used to go through a razor every 4 to 5 days, now one blade lasts months! Progress people! Progress! My hair is fine and invisible, when i used to be able to have my legs confused with a mans!

I can also talk about lip fillers because i had this done as a birthday present to myself..because I'm worth it. They were so professional! I asked for conservative and that's what they did. They were so great i received so many compliments. People could tell something changed but couldn't figure out what, but they said i looked great. It was awesome! Very happy with this service too!

All in all this place is great, everyone will have different results but they analyze your skin type and talk you through expectations and results. They want to make you happy. Im sad to see people leave comments like,"they suck," but don't tell you why. There is so much involved with skin care and no one method will result in perfection but these guys work hard, stay professional, and i have been so happy yr after yr after yr. Ive been going here for 4yrs, that says a lot.

So what am i saying? Check them out, they have payment plans, they talk you through treatments, they care about their results. You'll be glad you did!!!

Okay, I came here because the Callaghan location closed. The normal six monthly treatments did not remove all the dark hair on my upper lip. They guarantee their work so I continued monthly treatments. However when I had to come to the Broadway location, the service changed drastically. The first extra treatment went so-so. I arrived at my appointment time and only had to wait a few minutes. The second time, I arrived 30 minutes early expecting to wait awhile. My appointment time came and went. The staff member said I would be next after the person who was waiting when I got there. No problem, right. Well, while that person was receiving treatment, another person came in. When the staff member ushered her into the room and told me I would be next, I left and didn't bother to make another appointment. I'd been waiting an hour. I was told I would be next. My appointment was usurped by someone who walked in off the street. There's no excuse for it.

Seriously unprofessional joke of a company. The staff rotates almost monthly. Their treatments DON'T WORK. I went for over 2 years with little or no results. They use generic Baby Wipes like you get at Sam's or Costco. If they put as much into results as they do excuses (ie. skin color ... I'm too dark, but I'm anglo!) you might have a satisfied customer or two. They never answer the phone or return calls. BEWARE! DON'T WALK - RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I have been receiving a hair removal treatment for 16 month now and I spent a fortune on it, since it is obvious that they are one of the most expensive ones out there, I thought they will be the best and more reliable, however the girls there are very nice, but the treatment is nothing like what they promised, the treatment is VERY VERY painful, I'm in my ninth session and the hair is growing back like crazy.
