Seriously The Best Dental Office!!!!!! Everyone is beyond kind, helpful & professional!!!!! I feel like Lynn, Connie & Dr. Najor completely treated me like family!!!!!
Everyone at the front desk greets you with a smile & they all sincerely treat you family - it's incredible how TRULY NICE everyone is!!!!!
As dental professionals they will take extremely good care of you. There is no other office I'd goto!!!!!!!!
Going to the dentist isn't always easy & everyone at this office makes it so you want to come back.
Thank you Amazing Dental for getting me in so quickly as a new patient & fixing my broken tooth the same day!!!!

My son and I recently relocated to Michigan and had our first appointments scheduled for last week. When I first called the lady I spoke with was very nice and I assumed everything was going well. I filled out the new client paperwork for both my son and I and awaited our appointments. On the appointment day we arrived early and I was told my appointment had been cancelled because they could not confirm my appointment, I asked them what number they had on file and they listed the wrong number, no apology no nothing. They made the appointment for me so this was a miskey on their end not mine. One of the girls at the front desk then proceeded to ask me if I wanted to keep my son's appointment. So I agreed to keep my son's appointment and asked her which contact information did she have on file for him and she gave me the correct number, my number . You mean to tell me you have the correct number for a child but you input the paying adults number incorrectly? It didn't make sense to me at all and there was no empathy given by the front desk worker so I asked for the corporate email or phone number. The girl had the nerve to tell me to google it.... Why would I Google anything when there are business cards right here on your desk? Never again. I cancelled my son's appointment and we will be scheduling elsewhere. DO BETTER, this is a trash establishment. I could have let this go as a misunderstanding but the first interaction was just a complete no from me, never again

Not worth calling for appointment new or old patient. It takes over a month to get in for a tooth that needs to be pulled. I use to go to them a lot and loved them. I stopped going for a while because it took to long to get in. There still the same. No more

Scaled uo dentistry. Prefer smaller office. Cleanliness is a priority here. Privacy is not sufficient.

Southgate Amazing dental is horrible!!!! They are so unprofessional that they bribe people to write good reviews and offer them prizes. After 6 months of waiting for them to get approval of my deep cleaning it was finally here. I was called up for my appointment and I was told that i needed to pay a $120.00 fee for the antibiotic for 4 teeth???? I had been told all of the cleaning was covered by my dental insurance. The first time I was told it would be $800.00 per cleaning and I would need to have them cleaned 4 times a year. LOL!!!! talk about trying to rip people off !!! well now with insurance it will be
$120.00 per quadrant $120.00 x 4 = $480.00 x 4= $1920.00 per year out of pocket. I went to another dentist and had my teeth x-rayed again and they said I only needed a regular cleaning. Go to another dentist they try and rip you off.

Rude and unprofessional wait staff. Front desk acts like you're bothering them. If you don't want to work, stay home. After reading the reviews on this place, they should probably switch up names.

Charged $2500 for implant that failed and they never finished the job but still took the money plus add bonus a severe pain for weeks

this location moved to Southgate (just across the street) While the Dentist was nice and most of her assistants were as well, the Front Desk needs training in customer service as well as the dude that works on your dentures.

I went in August because my teeth were really bad and I already knew I needed dentures no questions there. in August the location was in Wyandotte. I was finally called in mid September after they got my insurance approval (Wellcare formerly Meridian) I specially asked the tech over the phone before my appointment how much out of pocket? any co-pays any deductibles? He assured me nothing everything was covered. Lucky for me, I remember that Wellcare gives you up to $500 on a visa debit card for such fees because as soon as my first set of teeth were pulled I had to pay $250 out of pocket. The next trip another $75.00 and then it was $45. All the while I continued to ask if there were anything i needed to come out of pocket.

The office manager pipped up that there are times there will be fees that are unknown at the time of your visit and you need to pay this today! That is thw wrong attitude to take with me! I reminded the B* that her office failed to tell me anything about any kind of fees I may have to pay and that after several times asking her staf they all told me nothing was coming out of pocket! and that she need to check her attitude because you don't know who you are messing with. While I appreciate the wiliness of the office to work with me it wasn't about money it was the fact I asked several times only to learn every time I stepped into the office for an appointment someone LIED!

Today was my normal last visit where I received my dentures. again their staff pissed me off! This was the location that removed my teeth and prepared my dentures and the idiot asked me where did you get your teeth removed how long have you had dentures? Really so, you don't bother to look at my record and see all that has happened in your location? When you are working here in the United States most Americans speak American English. If you are going to work in this country with American english speaking patients its your job to learn how to speak clearly and if someone is having trouble with your thick accent it's your job to find someone to help out not cop an attitude! This place is FAR from being amazing and I cannot recommend this location.

They are all about the money.
I told them I'm getting all my teeth out in 3 months, and getting dentures and I only need a temp crown on my front tooth to make it through.
They would not do it without paying for an permanent one.

I would give negative 5 stars if I could. My wife and I have scheduled over 3 different times all of which they canceled day of, day before or no contact at all. I showed up to my first appointment and the building was closed with a sign on the door. Confirmed my appointment how they asked=appointment cancelled. Alex who answers the phone has zero customer service skills and is beyond rude. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Rude, nasty, and most unprofessional health office I have ever dealt with!!
