We took our 2014 Suzuki GSXR here. Both Becky and Chris were very knowledgeable and communicative. They called us every step of the way to update us and get approval for needed repairs. The cost was reasonable. We'll be back in the future. Highly recommend them!

they give you estimate by phone or when you drop your equipment but when they call you to pick up your equipment the estimate double, make sure to have written estimate before you drop it, they're not trust worthy.very rude,

These people know the back country and are dedicated to service and customers. I've got a 400 Polaris ranger and they keep her going.- lawn mower, brush mower too.
So grateful to my friends there.

Straight up I'm over this place and this dude is very unprofessional I brought my bike up there for a simple problem with the carburetor problem and he ended up doing way more than needed to be done and my bike still don't go into first gear and didn't fix the problem so to avoid problems don't go here
he will rip you off!

And on top of it, it took him 25 hours of labor when it took my friend of mine less than two hours to fix

If I could give a million stars I would . Becky who runs the shop sweetest person and she kept me entertained with her two adorable dogs while Chris worked on my car for me . It was a Saturday afternoon and they were super busy but Chris took the time to help me with my tire so I didn't have to drive down the hill and get ripped off by some flat lander . Great customer service . I highly recommend them .

I called this shop to qet a quote on fixing my Ryobi generator. I only called them because I live in Alpine (keeping it local right). They gave me a decent quote, so I said what the heck. I go to drop it off, I tell the guy that I had already trouble shoot it. New gas, new spark plug, fuel is getting to the spark plug, checked the oil, everything he should know. The lady kept opening her mouth, SHE SOUNDED REDUNDANT, DID YOU PUT GAS IN IT, WAS IT OLD GAS. Honestly she sounded like a DITZ. the guy then says, ok sounds good these things are PREETY CUT AND DRY WE'LL TAKE CARE OF IT.. AND THEN HE SAYS "YOU CAN PICK IT UP IN 2 WEEKS" I SAID 2 WEEKS, I THOUGH IT WAS PREETY CUT AND DRY.. I SAID NO WAY BRO.. 2 WEEEEEEEEEKS! I'll go else where. The ditz then says GOOD LUCK, YOU AINT GOING TO FIND ANYONE TO FIX IT, WE KNOW EVERYONE. YOU CAN BRING IT BACK IF YOU CAN'T FIND ANYONE.. I went to San Diego Small engine repair in El Cajon Blvd. I told them I need ASAP, and they fixed and I had it back on my property by 3 o'clock ​that same day... Those guys came in clutch and not 2 weeks later!

Good mechanic, decent prices and bad customer service. I used to have all of my tires mounted here. Customer service was different every time I visited(was great in the beginning), decided to mount my own tires vs. giving them my money.

Since 2016, I have had multiple different types of equipment serviced and repaired by Chris, from my 1984 Massey Ferguson tractor to chainsaws to cement mixer, etc, etc. Nothing fazes him and he always seems to find the parts or give a straight honest answer. He is also a great custom metal fabricator, have had some cool stuff done. Becky is also very professional and keeps customers informed and on schedule. They pick up & deliver too. Thanks guys for all your great work & support!

If I could give 10 stars I would. So happy that we have both Becky and Chris a part of our Alpine Community. You cannot go anywhere in the area and get service like you do here. Both Becky and Chris are very knowledgeable and my God their services will not break the bank like most places do. The bills are always very detailed and the labor charges are so reasonable. Some people that leave this business a bad review can go suck it, probably they feel as if they are entitled and don't take into account the numerous amount of work they have to do here, wait in line bucko, and quit being an ass. I never expect my equipment to be fixed right away, if you want it done asap, then figure it out and do it yourself. If you don't want to do it yourself or just can't figure out what's wrong, bring it here. Becky will give you an estimated time of when it will be done and Chris will figure it out, he is a genius and normally it is done well ahead of the estimated time. Becky will also call you once they find out what is wrong to give you the low down and approximate costs to fix. Oh, and did I say that their prices are great, they are great! A long time Alpine resident and I will never take any of my machines, equipment or tools anywhere else.

I took my dads generator and lawn mower in and they fixed it so quickly. Very straight forward and fair price!The owners are some of the nicest people. They care about their community; always making room for generators during storms and helping during wild fires. Screw corporations take it LOCAL!
