Alpine Chimney Sweeps

Joe and his team at Alpine are life savers (literally) !! We had a leak in our chimney and asked them to come and check it out. They did a sweep first and came in and told us our liner was atrocious and would need to be replaced along with the cap. Downstairs Brian informed us that the duct was not even attached to the liner. When they took the liner out Joe showed us the many holes in it and how damaged the cap was. Joe and Brian informed us that some CO may have been leaking into our house slowly and was surprised we didn't have headaches. They were in and out in an hours time fixed all our issues and basically saved our lives. I recommend Alpine to absolutely everyone . Professional , honest and reasonable.

Made an appointment with Alpine Chimney Sweep because the previous company we hired did a horrible job selling us a liner when we did not need one. The previous company did not fix our problem so when Joe and Brian arrived they saw what was needed which was not a liner but a new damper. They fixed our issue of smoke in home, explained how to use it and left after cleaning up their work space which is sometimes not the case with other contractors. If you have any issues or need a fireplace or chimney company do yourself a favor and hire Alpine Chimney Sweep so you don't get scammed like we did.

When I woke up with my chimney cap in the middle of my backyard and a puddle around my wood burning stove I wasn't sure who to call. After reading online reviews, I went with alpine and I'm so glad I did! The woman I spoke with on the phone was fantastic and I had Joe out to my house the same day. He was friendly and efficient and explained everything to me. Turns out I actually had the wrong chimney cap on! Joe also answered some questions I had about the stove. I'll definitely be calling them again! Thank you!

After having a bad experience with another company, I called Alpine Chimney for a second opinion. Joe and Brian, came and gave a truthful opinion, without looking to charge me for services that I didn't need (as the other company had). Their prices were also 4/5th the cost of the first company.

Joe and the team were very professional and did a great job on our two chimney's; boiler heat and fire stove. Our livingroom is an add-on to the original house from the previous owner. The fire stove is great, but it wasn't meant to be a fire stove, was meant to be a regular fire place, so the liner and cap on the chimney were never done properly. Joe came in, and even with the supply chain issues, was able to get the parts to bring it to code within a couple of weeks. I highly recommend him.

The only reason that I didn't give him 5 stars, was due to the follow up communications, of when they would work on the chimney and had to call myself a couple of times, but once we locked down a date, everything was great. Joe's team came on the date we scheduled and Joe personally followed up, after his workers completed the job. Alfonso, who works for Joe is great and very professional, even took off his shoes and wore a mask, before entering my house.

fireplace was cleaned in less then 15 minutes, was told I needed a new firebox. got a second opinion & there was nothing wrong with the firebox, won't use Alpine again.
