      Do not rent from APM. Sally is a bold face liar. She claims to have called for service on stuff that breaks and days later when you ask who she called she can't tell you (because she never did it) and then says she'll reach out.

      This is a common occurrence with her. Not trustworthy and a liar.

      If I could give them zero stars I would. They take application fees for homes that have already been rented and refuses to refund them. They don't return your phone calls and they're very rude. I don't know how they are still in business. The houses they are renting are not even that nice. I'm glad I didn't rent with them. I would stay away if I were you!!

      Beware!!I think they pocket the application fee without doing anything at all and then to let you know the application was denied..Should've checked the reviews before signing the application online which cost 42$ x4= 168$ total...Too good to be true

      The worst company you I have ever come across. Very unprofessional to the point of disbelief. Extremely difficult to get a hold of as there is no office only a phone number and when they finally call back they do not have a clue about your property or the lease agreement. For all of the owners out there who might be thinking of possibly going with them, I would strongly recommend literally going with anyone else but this so called property management outfit.

      They do not respond to repair requests. Recently took over my Apartment complex and everything has deteriorated. If you can help it do not move into their complex.

      Drain has been logged for a month. Disposal not working for a month. Now I cannot use my dishwasher.

      If you're considering renting a home, go with literally any other company you can find. Sally and her husband acquired American Property Management late this summer, which was who we were renting through. We have been A1 renters, kept up the house beautifully, made sure that the house was turn-key when we moved out, and they still charged against our security deposit for a cleaning fee. My husband and I had called multiple times to check and see when our deposit was mailed out to us, and couldn't get through to anyone. Once we finally found Sally's correct phone number, she acted like we were doing her an incredible disservice by simply asking if our check had been sent out. She hung up on us not once, but THREE times because we had asked about why our full deposit wasn't being returned, and in a very respectful way I might add.

      We texted the owner (thankfully had an established relationship with him prior to the acquisition) and had asked if we had forgotten to clean anything etc., and he said they basically stiff armed him into getting it cleaned and he had to front the money for it!

      In all honesty, if we would have just gotten a straight answer/if the cleaning fee was rightfully charged, I wouldn't be writing a review. But since Alpha Property Management wants to try and playgame, we feel the need to give prospective renters a heads up.

      Point being this is a shiesty company and Sally has no time for you, which is really unfortunate considering that they're running a very personal business. I'd 100% advise against this business. I hope for their sake they get it together before they loose too many more renters.

      Terrible customer service. Unprofessional!!! I've never dealt with any property management that was rude and disrespectful. Sally will yell and speak over to you to make her point made. She will not listen or allow you to speak. Making threats of eviction when I've made a paying tenant for over 10 years. The owner of the property is super sweet and I had never have a problem. I hope she does not stick with Alpha Property management. My advice to Sally is to talk and treat people with respect. Treat people on how you want to be treated.

      we do not see why all of the bad reviews. it appears people only come here to complain and cause problems but not as much to praise for good work.

      We have had a few small problems after moving into a property. Nothing out of the usual. Plumbing being the biggest part and they have responded with a plumber both times within 24 hours. Once to clear roots out of the line and then today to fix a previous plumbers mistakes in our bathroom and under our kitchen sink. We put in a work order yesterday at 7pm and today at 1:30pm all repairs have been made to the highest of standards.

      We have not had any bad experiences with Sally so we are giving their company 5 stars.

      Vinny, the owner, was very nice the first time I spoke with him. That was before they received money from me. It was a Friday and he told me someone would get het back to me after they review my application Monday. I called Vinny back on Monday to see if my application was received. He said he doesn't deal with the process, he has a team for that, and to wait on a call. The next day I called the so-called office number which was also forwarded to Vinny. I asked again if he could at least tell me whether or not my application was received. He was VERY RUDE and aggressively stated that he told me before he doesn't deal with the process and I need to wait. He told me there's other numbers to call, although there's only one number on the website which leads back to him when you select the leasing option. There was a number on the listing which led to him then there was another number on their website, which also led to him so I had no one else to call. As of today, I still have not heard back from the company. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

      All I can say is that I am so pleased with Alpha Property. The whole staff has been nothing but kind and accommodating. I have been with them for 7 years and they are more then fair. Sally and Raleigh are very thoughtful and understanding, I have called them for repairs and almost immediately a contractor, handyman etc... is at my front door ready to resolve the issue. Sally works very hard to satisfy her tenants and landowners. If I have nothing nice to review, I will not review at all. With that being said I will always give my honest opinion, because I know a lot of us depend on honest reviews.
      I would recommend Alpha Property Management with extreme confidence.

      Do not work through this management company if you can help it. Greg Bierbaum was unreliable, rude, and uncommunicative.

      I was supposed to view two units at the Hannah apartments. Our appointment was scheduled for Monday. Greg then sent me an email changing our appointment to Tuesday, without really asking if it was okay. However, I understood how busy he must be so I agreed. I replied to his email agreeing to the change. He asked for my phone number and email address in order to schedule my appointment.

      Come the day of the appointment, Greg does not show up. I emailed him to ask if I'm meeting him in the incorrect meeting place. He then asks me to call his cell phone..when I did, Greg tells me that since I didn't confirm with the showing email, that he thought I wasn't coming. First of all, I did confirm in the email where we were having a direct discussion. Second of all, there was no indication in the showing confirmation that I needed to respond to that email particularly, or that my showing would be canceled. Thirdly..he claimed that, since he didn't have my phone number, he could not call me to see if I was coming to the showing. Which is false, since I sent him an email with my phone number the previous day.

      Although I was upset, Greg agreed that we can reschedule for Friday at noon and he would be there to show me the units. I agreed to this because I was very interested in this apartment. I received the email confirmation, and I responded and confirmed directly to the email so there was no confusion this time.

      Come Friday, I wake up to an automated showing cancellation email, cancelling my appointment for the THIRD time. No direct communication, no indication of the cancellation other than this automated email. I attempted to contact Greg by calling and texting his phone, and sending him an email. I informed Greg in my voicemail that, if he's doing this to me AGAIN, that we're going to have a problem. (AKA, me writing any and every complaint I can about this horrible experience)

      Greg returns my call by saying "So we're gonna have a big problem then, huh?", right off the bat. He claims he has a personal matter to attend to and has to cancel our appointment for a third time. The situation would have been different if he had sent me a direct email, explaining that he needed to cancel our appointment today due to personal matters. However, he did not do so, and I had to find out via the formal showing cancellation notification.

      The behavior of this man was unprofessional, unacceptable, and his attitude was completely out of line. I would give zero stars if I could, and I will be informing anyone and everyone I know of this horrible experience.
