Aloft Bolingbrook

Wish there were MORE than 5 stars as an option. This property was a perfect distance from our Chicago office and is located in an area that has several dining options. But the real gem of this property, is the STAFF! Nicole and the Manager Michelle were beyond friendly, accommodating and professional. They gave great reccomendations for local business and were spot on.

I will absolutely make this my hotel when working from our Chicagoland offices. Look forward to seeing you both soon.

By far the worst stay in any hotel ever. Late night noise and the front desk says they give warnings. But the noise didn't stop. "Light music" from a band ends at 10pm but guests can apparently sing and clap and yell with their loud music without limitations in the courtyard and lobby. The front desk employee did not seem to care either. The only thing to limit the downstairs noise is the room fan. Children running up and down the hall at 3am, no one stopping them. Ridiculous all around. If I could rate my experience as a zero, I would.

This hotel is monitoring your activities and providing this info to your company during my relocation. I need to be physically prisoned in the room otherwise they will let your employer know when you are not there from xx to xxx.

At my time of stay this was the most expensive option. But, at roughly $125/night fees and all it was not expensive at all considering compared to other places around the nation. However, the tv/satellite system had issues upon check in. The place is trying to be upscale/boutique like as if it were in an area that may be considered as such like NYC or LA. Both which are $hit holes today. A dirty fridge and no microwave, no comp breakfast. It was a place to sleep. But for that there are likely better options maybe for less $$$. No need to pay more for less.

Well i used to Love going here, both to Stay in Hotel or just go to the XYZ Bar but i Recently went
and Trust me i don't mind spending Money on Drinks or Food but Me and My Wife and Friends Started Laughing at How much they Up their Prices $18.00 for a Margarita or Old Fashion? for a Second we thought we was in Downtown Chicago Aloft lol there we don't Mind Spending that Amount of Money for a Drink but not In Bolingbrook Especially if the Cocktails are not Crafted Cocktails. Also the Place was Dead not 1 person there other than us and Was willing to Pay for the Drinks but not only did they kill our Vibe with that but also even said we cannot use the Pool Tables unless your staying in Hotel for the Night ‍

I had high hopes for this property being a Marriott member. I am itching in the bed right now and believe there might be bed bugs here. Checking sheets and pillows. I will update after this evening. Found something suspicious In the bed and have saved it just in case. Looks like a bug shell.

If I develop welts in next day will know it happened here.

Place is not cleaned well. Are the maids retarded? See pics. Filthy floors. Filthy walls.

James and Christina are so welcoming. Thank you for being friendly and relaxing with work stress and travel. You make being away from home more comforting. It's all about the people.

Very disappointing, I will excuse the entry full of cigarette butts to the employee shortage, paper thin walls, neighbors talked until 11:30 and if I didn't drown them out with the tv I could here every word they said. Beds were uncomfortable extremely hard, I know some people like that. Most upset because our room was t cleaned. When I inquired about it I was told I had to request cleaning by 8:00a.m., I said " would have been nice to know" I was told there was a notice in our room. There was not. They would not clean the room. I am sure you can find a better place to stay. Sad because it is kind of cute.

Stayed here over a weekend because my son had a soccer tournament nearby. Upon entry, staff was very friendly and accommodating. Check in was a breeze. I liked the decor in the lobby. Once we got to the room, it was clean, but could have been cleaner. Carpet looked very dirty right by door. I realize it's a high traffic area,but a quick shampoo would probably do the trick. Beds were comfortable, Shower could have been a little cleaner too. But there were plenty of towels for my family and I. Overall not a bad experience. I would stay here again if we needed too.

Solid hotel! This is the first time at Aloft and I am impressed by how modern and chic everything is, including its tall ceilings. The lobby has a very cool vibe with plenty of seating and games such as connect four and pool for everyone to enjoy. I also love the spacious bathroom, especially the separate the sink from the toilet and the shower area. The bed itself is pretty cool as it faces the TV screen and there are plenty of desks and chairs inside to place your stuff.

However, I think the highlight of this hotel is how fast the wifi network is. For a place where I have literally no cell signal I am so impressed by how quick the wifi is, probably the fastest of any hotel I have been in.
