Excellent.

Responded in a couple of mins and scheduled me for the same day. Team arrived exactly on time, very professional and did great work. Super friendly too - highly recommend for any moving project.

I requested services via Yelp (didn't know I could do that) and had multiple companies reach out. Ally was by far the most responsive to emails. We did a video walk through, signed documents online and was able to request additional people all electronically. They gave us a 7am start and the crew was slightly delayed but they called before their arrival time to let me know. Jonathan and crew showed up and understood what we had to move. They came in and started working right away. They took the time to carefully and professionally wrap furniture and load it on the truck. They were all pleasant and I would highly recommend this crew or want this same crew again if I ever moved again. 5/5 stars!

I have used Ally Moving 3xs. The business services DC, MD, and VA. I have found the rates to be fair and the customer service to be superior. In my experience the movers were prompt and professional. I have found management to be responsive and overall the company is very reliable. There was a hiccup and my most recent move took longer than I expected. When possible, I would recommend to lock in a set price for your move versus the hourly rate. I have recommended this company to my friends and family and all have been satisfied.

Johnathan's team helped me with my moving. This is the most efficient and professional team I have ever seen. They finished my 1b1project within 1 hour 55 mins door to door. Price are clearly stated in the contract, no hidden fee at all. Definitely beyond my expectations. They also organized my stuff perfectly in the storage, didn't waste any space. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!

I used Ally for a move from DC to Virginia and couldn't be happier. I was able to schedule everything over the internet and when I had questions, they were answered promptly.

The crew arrived perfectly on time and were so speedy. They took care of wrapping everything. For this move I had rented crates to pack so they didn't pack for me, but instead wrapped my larger items.

Once we got to the new destination the team unloaded quickly, but carefully. The service was exactly as I was quoted and I couldn't have been happier with the price.

I called them because I needed a piece of furniture moved in a pinch that I had purchased but there had been no delivery services offered at the furniture store. This company's fee was lower that other companies that might have bigger name recognition, and affordable, the team was very responsive, and I felt like I was dealing with a solid company. This is the first time I used Ally, and based on that experience, I'll call them first the next time I need something moved.

They do a great job wrapping and packing. I've used them three times without complaint.

They provided a reasonable quote quickly. They went above and beyond to fit me into the schedule. They took great care to protect my furniture, and they were speedy with loading and loading the furniture. I would definitely recommend!

We had an outstanding experience with Ally! We needed to have furniture moved between rooms on different floors within our home. Ally responded very quickly to our inquiry and kept in contact start to finish. There terms were fair and everything was in writing on software applications, texts and email to provide links. The movers confirmed with us twice the day of the move and were very professional and GREAT!! They were done within 30 minutes -- a task that likely would have taken us hours. Thank you Ally!

Easy to book, very responsive admin team and good communication, and movers were punctual. The moving team was fast and careful with our things and really easy to work with. Would highly recommend.
