Jeff Shi: Allstate Insurance

I purchased homeowners insurance and they got everything completed very promptly. They also communicated with my mortgage lender directly which saved me a lot of time having to make multiple calls. My experience with Allstate has been a positive one which can be credited to the friendliness and efficiency of Jeff, Jay Anne, and the rest of the team.

Searching for any type of insurance can be a huge headache, there are a million different packages, options and levels of coverage. I worked with Yolanda to get quotes on renters and car insurance. I had a million questions and Yolanda had a million answers, to say she was patient with me would be an understatement. I spent over an hour with her on the phone and I never felt pressured into a sale, she simply gave me my options and suggested what she thought would be a good fit for me based on my criteria.

I really appreciate Yolanda and I would highly recommend her if you are looking for any type of insurance coverage :)

Jeff Shi and his team are awesome! very professional and are very upfront with you about everything with your auto insurance coverage and made sure its what you wanted and not some over priced BS that you dont need!

Huge thanks for jeff chi for giving me the cheapest insurance on my gtr and he stayed later at work to get it done the same day ! Gtr is number 6 to be on of the most expensive car to insure in 2016! No one came close to jeff chi! It's very important to have an agent and to answer your questions the same day !

Very dissatisfied with Allstate customer service and what they call them agents. possibly the worst price rates I've ever received in my entire life, not to mention if you make any changes that could take days to be reflected. also, Allstate raised the price twice of my auto policy for the past three months for no obvious/logical reason; no accidents, no tickets, installed Allstate tracking devices, and I have brand new car with driver's confidence package and still that wasn't good enough apparently. I could possible hit any phone number of any insurance company and get better customer service and better rating with less hustle time.

Jeff and the rest of the team are fantastic; think fully engaged meets instant response combined with integrity and honesty; exactly what you want in your insurance agent and all your professional dealings.
Jeff will respond promptly any time day or might, weekends and all. He is able to do this because he fully understands and leverages social media which means he's pretty much available all the time. When we bought our new home last year Jeff was our go to agent and since have moved our cars and bussiness concerns under his banner.
We already have recommended friends off line so wanted to Highly recommend his office in this forum as well.

Jeff and his team are extremely professional, proactive, responsive, and friendly. Jeff is like a brother to me and I trust him with all my insurance needs. He is available anytime and follows up whenever things are done (and everything is done quicker than expected!)

Wasn't particularly interested in exploring other options for car insurance as I had been with Progressive for over 12 years, though so grateful for Jeff and his staff for simply showing me how much money I would save through their company.

They made it a seamless transition between policies with a considerably lower monthly premium, and even helped me get a reimbursement from the unused portion of my old policy. Still shocked how much more I was spending before changing companies & thrilled that J&J made it so easy and painless to start fresh with a new insurance company. Had he not followed up with me, I'd still be stuck paying more for a policy that covered less.
