All Action Water Extraction and Carpet Cleaning

All Action is a top notch company. A rental house flooded on May 27th due to a plumbing issue then again by heavy rains on the 28th ! Our tenants had inches of water inside across front part of home. To say the least I was in a panic of what to do and quickly. Robert was on the property within 2 hrs and on the phone putting my panic at ease. His wife met him bringing equipment and within a few hrs the clean up was complete and drying equipment left to finish job. They went over and beyond with helping our tenants (which are our family) in many ways including hooking up washing machine up in another location so they could wash and dry their flood soaked clothes! They even text tenants cpl days later to warn them of being in a path of tornado that was hitting area! In short they are professional, responsible, caring family business that we appreciate very much! Bravo and thank you

Awesome work! We had a major water leak that ruined most of the hardwood floors. They were quick to respond, less than 30minutes and extremely courteous and professional. Robert and his crew went above and beyond helping us out. Very knowledgeable and always made sure they didn't damage anything else. I would highly recommend All Action if you have a water disaster! And don't forget if you want or need your carpets cleaned! These guys will do an excellent job at getting your carpets looking fresh! Ours look brand new as Robert made sure to get every spot.
I hope I don't have another water disaster, but if I do I know I'll be calling Robert and Veronica! Thank you for all your hard work!

Robert and Veronica are the best! I have used them for the past 6 years and would not think of using anyone else. They do a wonderful job on my carpet and tile and they are wonderful people.

All Action did an AMAZING job on our carpets. We are renting a house that we've been in about a year...the carpet was already pretty dingy but with two young boys and an elderly cat we've definitely added to the wear and tear and stains. It was down right gross, embarrassing for us to have guests over. Honestly, I was just hoping the cleaning would make the carpet look acceptable but it looks awesome!! Almost like new. The owners are very friendly, helpful and the price can't be beat. Especially for the amount of cleaning I know they had to do to get our carpet looking sp good.

Great company, great couple, great work, and great equipment! All Action (Robert and Veronica) did a great job again today (3rd or 4th time). Background: I am an old guy who has had multiple houses and rental houses so I have had my share of carpets cleaned. There are different approaches to carpet cleaning, so several years ago I researched the best equipment to clean carpets. I then researched who in my area used that equipment (Weird? Well, I'm an old prof so I research things). All Action did a great job the first time, and I keep having them back. I have a nice home and I want it to look like a nice home. (FYI: I am a customer and in no other way associated with their company. I received nothing for this review. I just want people to know they are really good at what they do. I have even recommended them to a friend who has a large property management company. Great couple. Great work.)
