I could not have had a better experience at this dealership. After dealing with so many slimy car salesmen trying to take advantage, I finally found a straight to the point salesman here. Ask for Bryan Diaz when you go in. He will definitely try to work with whatever budget you have. The team here is fantastic! Would definitely go back to get a car here again. Super easy to communicate with as well as clear, honest and again straightforward.

If you need a service advisor that will take care of your needs contact John Kuo . I brought my GTR in for service and couldn't be happier with the way he treated me. All maintenance was performed and delivered to me as promised. I will definitely be coming back for any further needs.
Thanks againHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jun 5, 2018
I came in today and being a female didn't know what I was getting myself into, and signed away thinking that I would be getting a multi-point inspection for my brakes. I also advised that I thought my AC was having a problem, and without my knowledge that was a separate test that cost $135.
I do not have that kind of money and I was unsure of the whole process but thankfully due to the help of Johnathan and the Service Manager they waived the fee. They finally gave me the break down of what had happened and cleared the confusion of the different tests they run and how that it cost $135 because I no longer had warranty. Thanks to them I now know what to expect going into a dealership with my car.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

If i could put no stars that would be great but i cant so it just gets one
I had bought a new car and was exited but little did I know that the car have two bumps already. So when I told the salesman he told me they would be able to fix no problem and it would be done the next day but it took a 1 week to fix. When we went back to pick up the car when the salesman was taking it out he crashed the side car door with the pole. We ended up getting into an argument with the supervisors. Since they wanted us to pay for an accident that was done by them. At the end after the arguing and saying I want my money back There going to get me another car also I need to go back to do all the new paper work. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Gregory M.Rosemead, CA253581Jul 3, 2019
Glad that deceptive place closed...I called in 2 years ago to see if they could replace a fallen inside rearview mirror from the front windshield on my 2003 Xterra and the service person said not a problem, bring it in and it should take about 5 minutes...I took it in...the service person was "out to lunch" when I drove into the service area...I had to wait 10 minutes as the others were on the phone or looking at their computer screen...a service person came over and I showed him what I needed and he said we don't do that then walked away.
We went car shopping there looking for a Rogue...salesman gave us the tour and a price...in his office, he started changing/increasing the price--for example, he added on $250 for those plastic edging on the doors--said it was the CA package that EVERY Nissan has added...you can get the same at Pep Boys or Walmart for $20!!! Then I went to Cerritos Nissan...got a better price then I asked about the CA Package and my salesperson laughed and said there was no such thing...glad I bought mine at Cerritos...not sorry about Alhambra Nissan closing.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Mar 6, 2017
I came by to test drive a white Q50 on a Sunday afternoon. The salesmen were all very nice and accommodating to me. That puts them at 2 stars.
I would expect that the car is ready for test drive when I told them I was going to come by. Instead, I had to make a stop at the gas station during the test drive. That sounds very unprofessional for such a large dealership and took away the experience of cruising in what would be my potential car.
When asked about the vehicle, the salesman that was working with me explained that the previous owner was a pastor. Like really? Come up with a better lie than that. Just because the car is "blessed" and "holy" doesn't mean that I'm getting a killer deal off of it.
If I catch you in a lie, you lose my business. For all car shoppers, go find yourself some honest people to do business with.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Worst dealer service experience EVER. I want to go back to Honda or Toyota.
First time here, arrived early at 7:50am for my 8am service appointment. Was promised a status call at 12 noon. Never happened, I called at about 12:25, Steve was out to lunch. Got a call at 3:13pm after falling asleep waiting for them to call. Called back to see about the shuttle drive back at 3:20pm no answer, second call lady promised to let my service guy Steve know no one calls me after 30min...4:27pm while on the phone with one of the managers I get a call from the shuttle driver, 4:32 I am picked up.
Work done? Safety recall and noise from the front axle for which they applied grease. Two stars just because I didn't pay money for this today. They folded the passenger side seat and didn't put it back and they left handprints on my back seat. Avoid this dealer Nissan is behind both Honda and Toyota in service, similar experience at Puente Hills Nissan.
Just changed the rating to one star because as I'm driving back home I'm still getting the noise from the front axle you don't fix a mechanical issue with grease Nissan, grease is for lubrication!!! What a piece of S#!t.
Second chance for redemption.
After talking to Gabriel a service manager who called to follow up on my complaint and asked if I could bring the car back on Monday at 7am, I agreed to give them a chance. I arrived leisurely late at 7:12am it's now 5:17pm the noise is gone break components were fixed, mechanic was ready for test drive. All seems good. Was given a loaner car earlier, warranty issues fixed and hopeful I won't have any issues with this anymore.
Thank you Steve and Gabriel, I'm combining both experiences with this issue for a four star rating. You are redeemed...Not.
First time at the carwash to vacuum my car after Monday's work and I find they scratched my car too, avoid this dealer. I noticed the loaner car also had the same white paint scratch on the same area they put a scratch on mine. Unacceptable someone there isn't driving our cars with care.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Feb 13, 2016
I am amazed at how shitty this dealership is and here is why.
On February 12, 2016, I scheduled a test drive for the Nissan 370Z Coupe over the phone because my BMW lease is expiring in May 23, 2016. I made it extremely clear that I am car shopping and not looking to be pressured into leasing/purchasing a vehicle.
I wandered aimlessly in the dealership with my salesperson looking for an automatic 370Z Coupe to test drive. Turns out, the car was parked remotely two blocks away and no one was interested in retrieving it for someone not interested in leasing/purchasing.
The manager, Ernie, came over, offered to reduce the car price by $6k, ONLY if I lease/finance the car on the spot. I continued to ask for a test drive, only to be told:
1) This price is available only for today
2) 370Z is a high-end, luxurious car and we do not let people test drive them unless they are committed to taking the car with them
3) We do not want unnecessary mileage added to the car in consideration to the next buyer
Seriously? This is NO way to treat a potential client. I am upset at how uncomfortable and neglected I felt at this dealership.
DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU CAN.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Avoid this dealership. It is occupied by sleazy, brash, rude, abrasive and awful sales people. It's terrifying that these men and women are running around giving Nissan a bad name. I couldn't escape fast enough!
If you want a Nissan, please go to another dealership. Maybe you'll meet honest and polite salespeople because this dealership is severely lacking in that sort of talent.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Feb 12, 2018Previous reviewAfter my experience here to get the manufacturer recalls taken care of for my vehicle, I see why they've earned their low rating. Really poor customer service, rather rude, and a huge lack of communication on their end. I always had to be the one to call and follow up even when they said they would, incredibly slow, much longer wait than they estimated. Will avoid this place by all means possible, nothing but frustrating.
