Alert Plumbing And Heating

I had to replace an entire drain and stack in my Willow Grove Property. Alert Plumbing and Heating was prompt and the repair solved all of the plumbing problems

Until they fire or re-train their reception women, Felisha, I will not be using their services, as she is the rudest person I've ever had to talk to from a business. When I called to check up on a service I had requested, she couldn't find it in the system, stating that "the boys" hadn't put it in the system as a work order, and said she'd get back with me. The next day, I called to request the service again and to put in a formal work order so that proper invoicing channels could be followed. The service was done that day (thank you to "the boys" who are on top of it!).
Two days later, I hadn't heard from their office and hadn't received an invoice, so I called to make sure she had the correct email address to send it. She chewed me out and told me my calls are wasting her time, and that my name is written down several times on her desk from all the calls she's received from me, and again made it sound like I was a nuisance and wasting her time.

**update*** 13 days after the service and still haven't heard from them about the invoice. Scared to call Felisha back for fear of being griped out again****

I'm beyond disappointed at how I've been made to feel from a professional company. I'm disappointed at how she wanted to point fingers at the hard-working rest of the company. I will change my review once I get an update on how Felisha has been handled. The actual plumbing service deserves better ratings and a better office manager.

Called to replace toilet ,after 3 weeks job was still not done. Impossible to get hold of. Charged 100.00 for initial visit was not told in advance there would be a charge. Would not refund my money.So 3 weeks no toilet and out 100.00! Scam
