Oh my goodness it was so good. My husband went with the flavor recommended and it was to die for! The sno cap and mochi made the shave ice. It was so light and fluffy and the syrups tasted great. I got blue Hawaii and passion fruit! Was worth the travel just to get the shave ice so my 8 year old son says. He says we have to come back every day of our trip.

I've never had "Hawaiian Shaved Ice" before - and no, this isn't "water ice" from back east, or even a Sno-Cone. I have no idea "what" this is. But is is VERY tasty and fun.

BIG AS YOUR HEAD.

The Largest is indeed HUGE. I'd suggest unless you know what you're getting, trying one of the other on for size. The colors, flavors and "add-ons" are more extensive than the menu implies, and it can be a wait - these are not something produced in 2 minutes, and each is custom. On a busy hot afternoon, I have waited in a line of 5 or six for as long as 30 minutes or more.

But I waited. As did the additional 4 behind me. That should say something.

My favorite place to get shaved ice. I always wait for them to come back in the summer. Must have your shaved ice with ice cream at the bottom!

We stopped in for a refreshing treat on a hot day. The guy running the place was friendly and service was quick. I had the Sugar Magnolia which was Pineapple an Scarlett Begonia which was great. They offer snow cap, li hing mui powder, and ice cream on the bottom as options.
