I didn't rate a 0 because its not an option. We made a contract with this company to deliver our shed in 6-10 weeks...it's been 10 months and no delivery. We put down over $1K and After numerous calls, visits, and emails, we still have no status. We are in the process of filing civil small court claim. PLEASE save yourself the hassle!

DO NOT SHOP HERE! We have been waiting on a shed since October 2020. You can't even get in contact with anyone unless your drive to Charlotte Hall, and it's a waste because the old man in there don't know anything. He can only give you the email address to the owner that does not respond.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are liars and thieves and stole $2,200 from me!!! My husband and I ordered a shed 10 months ago and now it's March 2021. Nobody answers the phone and nobody can give an update on the status of our shed. We are in the process of taking this to civil claims court.

I purchased a shed on September 22, 2020. At that time I was asked to put a 50% deposit down on the shed. Which was $2481. My contract states I will have my shed within six weeks from the contract date of September 22, 2020. It has now been almost one year and the only thing I've heard from this company was an email I sent to them months ago and Alan replied that due to the pandemic everything was behind. Again this is been almost one year to the date and I've heard nothing. This is poor business that you can't keep your customers informed.

I will never do business with them again and I urge everyone not to seek any business from Allen's Amish Outlet.

Do NOT buy anything from these people. I ordered a shed almost 7 months ago and gave a 50% deposit. They haven't even started to build the shed yet. They refuse to return my money. Right now I feel that they will never deliver my shed. Every time I call they just lie and give false promises. Save yourself the trouble. Worst purchase decision I have ever made! Beware!

Avoid this business. I purchased a shed from them in November 2019, with an estimated delivery of 6 weeks. At that time I called and they said it was delayed. It continued like this until June of 2020 at which time I told them I wanted a refund. They said they would keep 20% for "breach of contract" so I decided to sue them. I just won a judgment against them. There are many other shed dealers in the area who have no problem delivering. Please avoid this business at all costs.

Ordered a Shed and paid half. After waiting over 7 weeks, no status or contact from Alan's. Call several times and emailed over the next two weeks. No return call or email. Finally, spoke via phone and they still could not tell me when I will receive my shed. After over 10 weeks waiting with no status, I requested refund of my initial deposit. After several conversation (Ron) informed me that they will charge me 20% for breaking the contract (the same contract they failed to delivery on). After I told his company that they are the one that is breaking the contract, he hung up on me. Finally, they have agreed to refund my money, but are only refunding me partial of deposit (charging me a 20% cancellation fee). DON"T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

UPDATE: They provided me a refund and charged me 20%. I am in process of filing a complaint. I noticed that several people have provided reviews complaining about this business failure to provide the service contracting in a timely manner and then threatening or actually charging 20%. We will be attempting to contact those people to establish a pattern conduct from this business. We would like to get a sworn statement from you if willing.

I ordered my shed back in June 2020. They said it would be 8-10 weeks. its Jan 2021 and nothing yet. No one responds and no one picks up the phones or responds to call. I got to talk to Alan once and he said he WONT give me my money back at this point and that he has no time to respond to every phone call and email. They blame it on COVID everytime - yet everything in the world has almost turned back to normal but these guys. Absolutely unprofressional and unethical people to be in business with. Take your business elsewhere.

DON'T DON'T DON'T waste your time. Go to Tiger Structures or ANYWHERE else. Somehow several reviews have been removed from here but they all say the same thing, awful wait time and then they charge you 20% of full total if you cancel it even after waiting 13+ weeks. Contract says about 4-6 weeks and was told "it's usually 3-5" BS! Guess she meant 3-5 months

Been waiting since March for my shed. I understand Covid put a damper on things but 5 almost 6 months?! I've been faithfully calling to check up. They keep telling me its being built. The owner hasn't called me back at all. He leaves his staff to BS the long waiting customers. I feel under valued. Not once have they reached out first KNOWING how long I've been waiting. I checked at nearby companies & they are backed up but sending out sheds from JULY. smh i put my order in in March. Come to find out they are built in PA not locally. This business does not care about me as a client. Still awaiting my refund because this is crazy. I just want my money at this point. Lets see if I finally get a call.
