I have been going here for many, many years for all my postal needs. Joe and Josie are always so nice, welcoming, they learn everyone's names and always treat everyone like family. I read some recent reviews, and just learned that they are not there anymore? I haven't come here in a few months, and was not aware of any new ownership. I called today with a question, and the gentleman who answered sounded very nice and helpful.

Simple, efficient and knowledgeable execution of USPS post processing. This represents my first and recent experience with them. Requirements and options were clearly presented. Minimised my time and it was appreciated.

I don't often go to the AIM Mail Center unless it's absolutely necessary but when I do, I know I can rely on the service rendered by Liz and Royce because they are very polite and friendly and they really go out of their way to get whatever job they have to do done right!!! There was a time that I had to have a key duplicated and I needed 4 copies of it. Liz was able to make those copies for me and she told me that if any of them didn't work right to bring the defective copies back anytime so that she could grind them down to improve the fit. 3 out of the 4 copies she made worked perfectly but one of them didn't fit into the lock so I had to take it back to her around a week later when I got a chance to drop by. When I told her about it she took the key and reground it. Unfortunately, the key fit into the lock but wouldn't turn at all!!! Oh no!!! I wasn't able to go back to the store until a week or so later when I had to have some documents notarized.
I asked her if she could do something about that one stubborn key so she took it back and worked her magic!!! Lo and behold...when I tried using the key it worked like a charm!!! I'm so glad that she was able to do something about that key even if it took several weeks for me to go back to the store. I did have my receipt with me just in case she needed proof that the job was done at her store but obviously she didn't need it. That's what I call great customer service!!! Thank you, Liz!!! You did a fantastic job not only with the keys I had copied but also for the papers I had to have notarized and faxed!!! Keep up the good work!!! Excellent customer service and support. The gentleman helping me worked to ensure I was able to ship the most economical way possible. Everyone was kind, courteous and patient. Highly recommend this family owned business.

I have shipped MANY things through this shop and today would only use THEM to send my most prized possession on Earth - my 27 year old Bible (for a new binding).
The owner's interactions with regulars (who have PO Boxes) gives the place a family-loving vibe. They're a notary too! I'd give ten stars if I could!

I use this Aim store about 1x per year. I have always been very pleased with the owners!!! I visited again last week and noticed the staff wasn't the same. I can be a complicated customer & this time was more than usual. fragile stuff, not glass, but still could be a bit breakable. I dealt with both staff members. my gifts were packed after I left. I contacted my recipient (Ohio) & she said everything arrived in perfect condition!!!! thank you so much!!!! I will be back!!!!!!!!!
