If I could rate this place zero stars I would. Me and my girlfriend walked in and the girl working was very nice at first and asked us if we needed help. We said we were just looking. Then she asked for my girlfriends ID and so I followed. Then she said very rudely said that she needed mine too. I said "oh I don't have one". Because I left my drivers license at home. I didn't know you had to have one to just look around. Then she proceeded to actually freak out and say "bye, you gotta go" aggressively and so I was like what? "I thought she could just buy it" in case we actually bought anything you know? And then she flipped out even more saying "no don't even talk like that you need to get out right now" and actually physically shoed me out of the store. Me and my girlfriend are absolutely appalled at the horrible customer service. I don't understand why she couldn't have just been like "oh sorry if you don't have an ID we can't let you shop here. I'm going to have to ask you to leave." Like how hard is it to be decent? Then my girlfriend called the store to ask why she was so rude because my girlfriend was really bothered by it and she proceeded to say that she's not going to let us put words in her mouth and said that she actually said everything very respectfully. Meanwhile the whole phone call she if very hostile and very rude, swearing up a storm and everything. My girlfriend called her out on it and she did not like that at all. Anyways, we never got our answer.

Well done Staff! For those of us long past our hang-ups and simply looking for a clean place to buy quality adult products and a staff that knows their products (no joking), this is the place to go. It's nice to have a good place in the area that's not 'seedy'.

Will NOT be shopping here again. Incorrect sizing and they don't take returns. I understand no returns on other items in the store but they should remind people buying lingerie all sales are final. I now have a bra that doesn't fit because they don't take back "those items"
