Rogers E. S.Victorville, CA4117Mar 22, 2019First to ReviewAffordable Overnight & Same Day (Affordable) really disappointed me; to wit:
1. Affordable is suppose to deliver artificial turf for a Costco order. Affordable staff called my break room (at work) two times. Staff did not call the work number EXTENSION I have in my Costco account, so the call went to the break room answering machine. Fine, no problem.
2. So, I called Affordable to set up a delivery appointment; I talked to Rose. Rose scheduled an appointment for today between 8 AM and 2:30 PM. It is currently 3:05 PM and they are not here, but I digress.
At 2:15, I called Rosa and asked if the driver was coming at 2:30 PM; she said she would contact the driver and get back to me on my cell. She DID NOT call back, so I called her at 2:35. She said she called the office (this is the third time). What? I'm at home waiting for the truck, why would you call the office? She informs me they will be here at 5:00 today. We'll see.

Definitely give them a try if you're looking for a shipping company to work with. The office ladies are always helpful on the phone.
