Dr. Ian Lonergan is for you if you enjoy clear and concise communication, realistic expectations, and someone with meticulous talent to work on the only body you'll ever have. I had an open rhinoplasty which has been a lifetime dream for me and restored self esteem I didn't know I could have.

Dr. Lonergan see's talents are not marketed via social media for some reason. I was going to go with Dr. Andrew Jacono but Dr. Lonergan seemed like the right choice for me. I'd recommend Dr. Lonergan to anyone who wants to be in impeccable care.

TRIP #1 - I made an appointment for a chemical peel consultation and Botox. I drive 30 minutes to this office only to find out the receptionist made a mistake because apparently I have to have a consult with the doctor first and he's not in. Fine. So I asked to be reschedule, which they did and offered me 50% off my Botox treatment when I come back. Cool. So my chemical peel consult the lady came up to the front desk and did my consult. Yes the front desk in the waiting area. Wow...okay. She didn't look at my skin, nothing, or tell me which peel would be best for the issues I mentioned. She basically said this is what we offer, when your ready to schedule these are the days I'm in the office. Um. Okay.

TRIP #2 - I come back for my Botox treatment with the doctor. The doctor sees me, he's nice, but tells me they don't carry Botox in stock. They have to order it ahead of time. Okay so why did I make a Botox appointment in advance only for you to NOT have Botox ordered ahead of time for my visit?!! Okay fine. He says they have dysport. Not what I wanted but okay, I'm here and don't want to waste gas twice so okay. I got the dysport and used my 50% off they offered me from last time.

TRIP #3 - Dysport gave me a headache for a month. Super. And I have "Spock brow". I call to get an appointment for a touch up to make the "spock brow" go away. I come in the next day, the ladies at the front desk are nice but I wait 25 minutes past my appointment time and no one says anything to me. No one says I'm sorry we are running late or it will be just 5 more minutes, nothing. So I walked out. It's been almost 15 years since I've walked out of an establishment because of their service and it's sad to say today, this place did not deserve my business. If I could give it zero stars I would. This was a terrible experience.

I had surgery with Dr. Ian Lonergan in March 2013. I could not be happier with the results and I look forward to any other future surgeries with Ian. Thank you Dawn for all of your kind and caring support throughout the process.

I saw Dr. Neil deLeeuw a few years ago and, to this day, am extremely happy with the results. If you want your cosmetic surgeon to be jovial and conversational you may want to shop around. To me, that's not important; what is important is skill level and history of achieving great results for patients with the same procedures. With that criteria, Dr. deLeeuw rates very highly. The price was very reasonable, also. I definitely feel comfortable returning to him in the future.
