A trustworthy and reasonably priced full-service auto shop. Have been here many times for my wife's car and my car and these guys have been great! This is a family-owned business that definitely has a "mom and pop shop" feel. Highly recommend!

I went to Advance Transmission because of a wining sound under the hood. I told they guy at the counter that it might be the transmission but I wasn't sure. He agreed and said that the sound could be coming from the transmission, the drive shaft and other places. I made an appointment to come in a 3 p.m. that afternoon have a diagnostic test done .It was suggested that the transmission service/cleaning be done for $ 220.00. .When I arrived for my appointment at 8:30 I was told that I will have to wait because the owner hadn't arrived. By 9:30 after it was clear that the owner wasn't coming another mechanic who I had not spoken to about the problem worked on my car. At 10: 30 I was told that the problem was fixed. I asked If the mechanic had done a test drive , I was told yes. As soon as I started the car the same noise was present. When I asked about this I was told" you I said it was the the transmission and that's what we checked, we can't check the whole car" If you tell me that the noise could be coming from several places why wouldn't you check the whole car! I am not a mechanic. I expect a mechanic when doing a diagnostic test to check for the noise , locate the problem and relay to me the remedy and cost and not make excuses. I was then told that the earliest date that they can check the car again would be three days later. This is terrible customer service! I have been to this establishment three times , spent 4 hrs. waiting and spent $220.00 without a resolution to my problem.
