The thing I like about Advance is that the stores are sized so that you can walk in, get what you need without a lot of wandering around, and get out easily. In addition, it usually makes me smile when I stop here on the weekends and am reminded of the old Jeff Foxworthy line "you might be a redneck if you work on your car in the parking lot of the auto parts store".

Employees didn't seem to know anything about the parts they carry. Couldn't even even help me find a 2way vs a 1way bulb.

I have waited ample time to calm myself and provide a level headed review. I feel 1 star is generous. As a local to the area I like to shop local and provide local stores with my business. There have been multiple occasions over the past 5 years in which my experience here was less than desired. Today's experience took the cake though and confirmed that I will never spend money in this establishment again. It's always been about customer service. I have tried many times to write it off as simply "maybe they are having a bad day" you never know what someone is going through. But today the employees just straight up didn't give a damn about being helpful and made zero effort, all while looking at me like I was the jerk lol. Point made Advanced.

This is a great store that goes out of their way to help you! I ordered a part here on accident and didn't come to pick it up for a week or so. After they called and did not hear back from me the part was sent back to the warehouse (this was my fault for taking so long). When I came to pick up the part, they ordered it from the warehouse and then drove it to the location closer to my house that afternoon. Can't speak highly enough of the service and knowledge that the workers at this location have!

Kevin was great. We stopped in to see if we had a bad battery. He not only checked that - and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need - he checked the alternator as well. I appreciate that I can trust I'll get an honest answer.

Excellent service every time! Very patient and helpful employees. It's the first place I go to purchase parts locally for the past 10 years. A big thank you going out to Marsha and the rest of the employees!

We have been shopping at this store for several years. My son had a flat tire and pulled into to buy a plug kit. The employee was standing at the door locking it at 7:02 and wouldn't let him in to buy a kit. This is ridiculous. I guess we will go to Oreilly first from now on.
