Adult Superstore

Five star for the customer service! I've only been here twice, but they are very considerate, friendly, and a more consistently welcoming and accommodating than other stores.

**I went to try on some lingerie (tops only, obviously) with my SO, and the employee politely reminded us that only one customer is allowed in at a time, but immediately clarified he would leave the area in order to give us some privacy in opening and closing the fitting room doors to share the opinions on each piece. He even gave us a heads up when another male customer entered the store, and suggested a knock system for when the coast was clear to open the doors... These are little things that are and should be a standard, but is not always delivered. The courtesy is and was most sincerely appreciated.**

I'd only browsed a few adult stores before, and have predominantly done my adult shopping online before coming to Adult Superstore. (I tend to be a bargain hunter and quality over quantity type of shopper.) However, there are actually a good number of things that are a better or the same price.

They also have a vast selection and live up to the name of "Superstore". Nearly everything I was looking for was available in my size, which almost never happens at regular adult stores. I was really impressed with the fact that there were some things that I found here, that always sell out or are unavailable altogether on my go-to online store. Every product category seems to have at least 20 or more options to choose from.

In the overall scheme of things, most adult toy stores have a nicer ambience, and put more effort into presenting a posh environment. But overall, who actually "needs" that in a shopping experience? I feel safe, comfortable, respected, and properly attended to when coming here. That's all you really need from a shopping environment. So five stars all around!

We don't usually visit this stores but today we decided to stop by and the guy that was there wasn't that happy or great full for being there. We couldn't get his name , no even on the receipt but we got some details from the receipt. We were about to buy some toys but every question that we asked him it was like asking a robot. Probably google will give you more details and professional answers ...

I walked inside of the store to see if if we needed to wear a mask since the mask mandate has been lifted in nevada and the older lady that works there was putting stuff on the shell without a mask. Since I saw her without a mask I assumed it was okay and I kept walking inside and she says very rudely u need to wear a mask didn't u see the sign at the door and I said well how about u set the example and wear one and she tried to argue that she was alone at the store n went behind the counter to get her mask. I have no problem wearing a mask but the workers need to do it also at all times and when they ask a customer do it politely not with a nasty attitude. I am. A local I will make sure not to go to this location ever again and pass on the word to all my friends.

Shit service. Shit products. Dont fucking shop here. Bought a products that didnt work out the box.

I spent $122 at store pointing out to John the employee that I'm very petite, yet he managed to sell me an outfit that I find out at home to be XL. Then refuses it to exchange it for what I asked for: my petite size. Employee of the month, good job John. And I get the no return policy, but I'm not returning it, I want to exchange it for the tiny size that fits me. What assistance are you. Avoid this place.

Purchased a swim suite, took it home was defective, took it back and reps would not replace it! Bad customer service!

It's a cool store they carry everything and anything you can imagine. They are extremely well stocked on the latest toys. Lots of choices and variety.

BUT!.... It's expensive and  the lower quality stuff is overpriced. You would think that with such a big warehouse store they would have good deals and low prices since they stock up a lot on items but it's just too overpriced. I don't know if it's only this store because it's closer to the strip but I feel like this store needs to bring down the prices a bit.

Unfortunately nowadays you are better off buying something through Amazon or adult toy websites. You get better deals, free shipping and good quality.

My regular dancer store closed and then I found this gem.  It's very huge has a ton of variety and the staff is extremely helpful!  I was very pleased with my experience especially with store associate who helped me find everything I was looking for.

The entire company is going downhill!!! With the exception of a few good ones, this place is terrible!!! It's like no one cares!!! Jorge is Amazing though!!! He's the only reason this place has 1 star, the only one!!!

Great experience, everyone was very helpful. Definitely plan on having a good amount of time to spend inside store, there is tons and tons to look at. Huge variety of basically anything you could be looking for. Very happy going there.
