Adrenaline is a great dive bar located right in my own backyard. I came through for a 36 Crazy Fists concert and felt right at home. The bar itself is roomy, not too smoky, and has plenty of seating. There's even seating around the main stage when the bar is hosting a live act. The acoustics are pretty decent - I'd place it above LVCS and Dive Bar on Maryland. As far as drinks go, PBR is on draft and will set you back a comforting $3.00.
Since the Cheyenne Saloon transitioned to Adrenaline, I'd say there's less metal shows hosted there. I'd swing by more often if more metal acts came by, but I'm not complaining. There's pool tables and a few arcade games to keep you busy if there's not a concert going on. On the night I went, the kitchen was closed. To be on the safe side, come early (before 9PM) if you want some grub.

Came here to see Dark sermon, Fit for an Autopsy, and Aborted. This was my first time here and yes it's divey but in a good way. They have a cool set up by the stage with a wrap around couch if you want to sit close to the bands, plus there is enough room to mosh in that area.
The prices here are affordable,$3 for some fries, and our drinks were cheap as well! We paid like $12 for a Captain and 7, plus beer in total.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Jeffrey P.Centennial, Las Vegas, NV60417Oct 23, 2017Updated review
New owners are horrible. They jacked up drink prices by two dollars for a charity event for the Route 91 Festival victims and only donated a dollar from each drink. They're thieves trying to profit off tragedy. Not to mention they stole the previous owners band equipment he allowed the venue to borrow for the charity event.

Let me tell you about Adrenaline.
I'd been here years ago when it was the Cheyenne Saloon, and it hasn't changed much inside. Its open, spacious, with a HUGE stage and a good size bar.
There are beer pong tables, air hockey, and pool tables, along with arcade games.
I came out here on Wednesday night for karaoke, and let me tell you, I LOVED it.
They use the house sound instead of using a speaker from the KJ, so you sound like a rock star singing up on that amazing stage. What a rush!
Also...let me talk to you about the food.
Pretty standard bar fare, but they have garlic bread with marinara for $2.
2 pieces cut into 4 nice sized slices of GARLIC AMAZINGNESS with a dipping sauce for only $2. My carb deprived self died and went to heaven.
Also, I tried a taste of their Philly cheesesteak, which was bomb, and also tried a garlic knot. Best garlic knot I've eaten in a long time.
They have cheap drinks, and the bartenders Michelle and Ward were super friendly.
I'll be back again for sure for karaoke, and wouldn't mind travelling to see a band or two either!!Helpful 6Thanks 0Love this 6Oh no 0 - 3228527718912Jan 31, 2015
Dive bar meets rock venue plus wings. Surprisingly friendly staff: this is not the kind of divey rock bar where the staff are rude as part of the aesthetic, they're genuine and polite. I especially like the curly redhead bartender.
The addition of Wing King only makes this a better place, and makes me a bit more inclined to go knowing when hunger hits that I can eat something that actually tastes good, rather than the grease and drink condiments available at most places.
In addition to food and drink, there's also games: video poker, pool, and even air hockey. I have hopes that someday they'll add shuffleboard.
Haven't seen live music here so cannot comment on the acoustics but the stage is large and they've had some pretty decent groups come through, and pricing for tickets seems reasonable.
If you don't know where it is, this place can be tricky to find- I drove by twice without realizing it's the same parking lot as Savers, where I started.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Stephen K.Las Vegas, NV2999118Feb 17, 2017
I used to come here all the time for metal shows when it was the Cheyenne Saloon but after ownership changed and it became the Adrenaline Sports Bar & Grill, most of the shows moved downtown. It was a shame because I liked coming here. Well now metal is back!...at least for one night. Marduk (a black metal band from Sweden) finally got their visas and order and made it to Las Vegas and all in all it was a great night!
Overall, the layout is the same as when it was the Cheyenne Saloon but it's just cleaner and has some slight changes like new video poker machines, a new entrance to the bathroom and best of all, a remodeled stage and new sound system which really delivers the decibels!
It's nice that they wrist band you and let you come and go as you please but for obvious reasons, it's still frowned upon to drink in the parking lot.
The last change was quite odd. There's now a curious "no moshing" policy here. This may be alright when the local band playing Nickelback covers plays but I'm not sure I've ever seen this at a metal show. And believe it or not, it's actually enforced. I've seen "no stage diving/crowd surfing" polices before but never this. On at least two occasions, I saw guys get literally thrown out the side door when they refused to obey the policy. I don't ever mosh anyway but when Marduk finally makes it to America, I can see why some would want to. Overall, it was a great night and I hope more metal comes to the Adrenaline! (I still don't like that name though) ;).Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - 91280406Mar 19, 2017
Under new management, this place has improved tremendously! If you're a local and you went there when it was originally the Cheyenne Salon, you'll know what I'm talking about. There is something different about the service and atmosphere. The only think I will say is drinks are a little pricey and you're not allowed to mosh...That's really about it. The new owner still continues to puts on concerts and it's one of my favorite places to come to for that very reason.

Great venue for live music. Saw Somewhere thru Time and Iron Maiden tribute. They were awesome. The sound is top notch and the beer pricing are good.

Fun place reasonably priced drinks and a great in house fusion style grill. The band "Word in Edgewise" played when we were there and they were phenomenal and wished they played longer (just one hour) because we could have listened to them play all night! Tyler the bartender was super nice and we NEVER had to get her attention. She was always one step ahead of us ready to refill our drinks all night.
