I had a fantastic experience at this spa! The staff was more than accommodating during my visit. I got a 50 min relaxation massage from Melissa and I highly recommend her! They have a sauna and tea room as well as relaxation rooms. I cannot wait to visit again.

This place was great! The building is unique and they offered a lot of well priced services. The salt spa was something new and cool to experience. It was a great way to pass the time in between services. We had a very successful girls' spa day here.

Nice ambiance and very relaxing experience. Arrive 15 minuets early to get changed to into your robe because you service starts promptly at your scheduled appointment time.

This is my preferred stop for shellac nails and pedi's. Love this place! Have also had facials and massages here. Best spa in Stevens Point by far. You really feel like you're getting away.

This is what I think of when I want to go to the spa. A quiet and peaceful environment, an extensive variety of services available, citrus infused water to enjoy in the relaxation room (not sure if that's what they call it), and accommodating staff. The biggest downside to the Wellness Spa is pricing. It's expensive but worth it.

My one complaint is when I got a facial here a couple of times, the extractions were awful. Like pushing down on my face with 20 pounds of pressure with the extraction tool. It was not pleasant. I should have said something at the time of service, but didn't, so I can hardly hold that against them.

Firstly, let me say that the staff here are always friendly and accommodating. The spa is set in a very nice older house with some acreage and has a cozy feel to it once you step inside. The decor is a bit confused (Mediterranean, old world?) but it's a nice mixture of ideas and works for them. This small-town spa is surprisingly spacious as well; there is a large studio for things like yoga classes and there are a lot of massage and facial rooms. The locker room is modest in size but has lots of lockers and even has showers which many smaller spas do not have so that's a huge perk in my opinion. I've always had a great experience at this place, like I said before the staff are just really friendly and the services are professional and great.

I've been going to the wellness spa for about 8 years. I've had massages (deep tissue and swedish), manicure and pedicures and body waxing. I've never had a bad experience. The massage therapists, nail techs and waxing techs all do a great job and are very professional. I love the full spa pedicure/manicures with the choice of paraffin wax or cooling scrub treatments (both are great). Also, the scalp massage or foot rubby-rub add-ons to the massages are great! The atmosphere is exactly how a spa should be, quiet and serene. Definitely one of my favorite places in Stevens Point.

Poor experience with the management of this spa, which is unfortunate because the actual employees who provide the spa services are great. They cancelled an appointment at the last minute that I made weeks ago, knowing I was traveling from out of state and unable to reschedule. Do not book this spa if you require any service before an important event, they may tell you all of their staff is unexpectedly not able to come into work.
