Adam & Eve - Boise

Going to an Adam and Eve store is always a little bit intimidating, but the staff makes it so much less awkward. Ember was especially helpful and gave great recommendations for both price and quality. Next time I need a product, I am definitely returning to this specific location. Thank you!

I purchased a product at 119 and it was faulty and returned it same day for a product that was 139. With a $20 difference I was made to pay $40 because I had used rewards points with the original purchase, and those would not be accounted into the transaction. Would not refund to original form of payment even though it was a faulty product, so I was forced into paying an additional $20 for the exchange. Completely unacceptable.

Overall wonderful experience! Although I didn't make any purchases, the guy who greeted me and asked for my ID was very polite and the woman working there showed me around and even opened up a few boxes so I could examine the products. They were both very friendly and respectful and accommodating of my comfort level.
The environment was clean, and the products were all well kept and unopened.
If I ever am looking to buy naughty gifts Adam and Eve will be my go-to!

So welcoming and very kind to our curious questions and was so willing to help my boyfriend and I. The employee Jazmine, helped us so much when in the future I go back I would hope to have her help me with everything because she was just great and so very kind and I appreciate it to the max. Loved the staff!! The ladies there were so nice and helpful whenever I had a question. They checked up on me multiple times and it was much appreciated. They created a fun environment and I fully intend on returning!!

The customer service could be a million times better. I walk in with my husband but everyone is huddled around one couple chatting. Well I really need to use the restroom so I wait in front of them for ten minutes to ask about the bathroom they suggested that I go somewhere else and come back. Which is crazy because buying quality stuff is way over $125 and if I'm spending that much I expect to be served, use facilities and have some sort of customer service.

I am always impressed with the service here. I think that sex shops have gained a bad wrap, and it's relieving to go somewhere with knowledgable and friendly staff. My cashier was a sweetheart and talked me OUT of buying a product that she knew I was buying for the wrong reason.
I do all my risqué shopping at Adam & Eve and I highly recommend you check them out!
