Absolutely FANTASTIC training. Taking the online portion and exam at home allowed me to focus on the training without feeling rushed. It was very simple to schedule and Jessica was a wonderful instructor for the hands-on portion. She was extremely patient and had so much knowledge that allowed me to apply the techniques to my job. As a healthcare provider, I would recommend this facility to anyone and will always be coming back here for my re-certification!

Fantastic place to go for your ACLS. Instructor was very good and put meet at ease with a very pleasant, upbeat attitude.

Needed CPR/AED recert and found Action CPR online through a search. Easy website navigation and easy sign-up. Arrived at the workshop and the building and door were clearly marked even though a few other participants said they couldn't find it. The building has the sign and address number largely and clearly marked above the entrance door. Plenty of parking and the workshop was very well run. The instructor (I believe her name was Pam) was awesome! Kept the pace moving along and was engaging and knowledgeable and even entertaining. Social distancing and sanitization were followed. Very clear instruction and even some great info for practical purposes that were not in the manual. Great experience and the room setup was bright, comfortable and practical. Be on time as they will not allow you to enter the class if you arrive too late as it disrupts the class and you miss out on the required hours.
I highly recommend this company for your CPR/AED cert and recert. Affordable, convenient and great presenter!!

I took a great Wilderness First Aid course with this company, they came on site a trained a number of people. Very, very good instructor and I can say that because while I am an EMT, I still learned some new things!

I was visiting family from out of town and both my PALS and ACLS were about to expire. I was short on time and they fit me in without a problem. The classes were engaging, the instructors really enjoyed what they were doing and were very knowledgeable - really great energy to the class. Not boring like most of these classes are. And I felt that they cared that I actually knew the material - not only that I passed the test (which wasnt a problem with their instruction). I would return for recerts any time. Really great experience!
