Acrome Organic Dry Cleaner

Steer clear of this place. They wrecked a custom made suit and then claimed they never saw the suit, even though we had a ticket for it. They went so far as to send a video as "proof" - a video that only showed one item out of the 4 that were sent for cleaning. At any rate - HUGE THUMBS UP TO NORDSTROM where the suit originally came from. They sent it back to Hickey Freeman (suit maker) and it was confirmed the suit had been washed, not dry cleaned. And they replaced it, without a word about fault or cost. Needless to say, ZERO stars for Acrome, the lack of customer care is horrifying.

After Tailor's Touch closed () this is the closest dry cleaner. It's expensive -- very expensive -- but tends to return shirts on time.

Alterations are cheap and good, but with delays.

It's a good addition to the area; the staff is nice and helpful.

I tried to give this business the benefit of the doubt but after using them three or four times now things have not come back on time with 0 apology, they aren't able to get simple stains out and it's overpriced. Also not impressed at all with the staff, they seem very confused by simple requests. Will not be returning.

Washed two Hugo Boss suits and shrunk them.

Since I work from home I didn't need to wear those suits for a couple months after I sent for dry cleaning. When I complained they took the suits back and said someone must've got water in the dry cleaning machine, but then blamed it on someone else thinking I had them dry cleaned elsewhere since sending to them.

Clothes ALWAYS come back with a strong smell. It's a mix of cheap cologne and smoke. I've tried to ignore it for the last 6 months as they are the only dry cleaners nearby, but this is ridiculous. They asked me to bring it back and they offered to try again. I did but the smell remains. The lady sniffed at it and claimed she didnt smell anything abnormal. If this stench is considered normal I will stay clear of this place.

I am really impressed by this business. They do a good job with dry cleaning and tailoring and it's very convenient as they can pick up and drop off your clothing. Ordering online is really easy through Delivery.com and they are very accommodating with my schedule in terms of drop offs and pickups.

Terrible! Never have things on time, and called me multiple times to confirm they were doing the right order. DO NOT USE
