Booked taxi for home return after surgery. 30 minute wait turned into 90 minutes because they were waiting on a food order. They have no system to process credit cards in any cab... takes 20 minutes for driver to type in all info... never again... booked many times... to cheap to put credit card processing in cabs

Absolutely horrible customer service. Called for a cab at 6:15 pm. Dispatch said he will be there between 30-40 minutes. one hour went by and nothing. I called back and dispatch said another 20 minutes. Thirty minutes went by and still no cab. I called one more time and dispatch said 30 minutes. Eventually he showed up. Almost two hours after the initial call. I would not use them again and will never recommend their services.

The car was dirty. There were smear marks all over the windows and crumbs all over the seat so I was literally sitting in crumbs on the way home and there is something that somebody had drop all over the floor and even the dash in between head like gross sticky like stuff on it. I used to have a decent experience with you but I guess I'm gonna have to look for a different company I really wish I had looked at these reviews before I came back to you. They also raise the prices which kind of to be expected due to inflation but the car should be a lot cleaner than it was especially with all the viruses going around.

I don't know how this company stays in business!! Worst cab company ever! I called two weeks in advance for a ride to ST. Francis with a pick up time of 6:30 A.M. I called the day before to confirm the cab and was told I was all set. At 6:30 A.M I called to find out where my cab was and they said they had no drivers. I ended up driving myself. Will never use these guys again......EVER

This service left my parents stranded in the rain and weather today in Enfield. My parents were in Enfield for a doctor's appointment. It was VERY difficult to get them there from Evergreen nursing home. The driver gave them a card and said "about a half an hour before you're ready to go back (to Evergreen) give us a call and we'll be here".
Well, my parents called 4 times and each time were assured someone would be there. Each time they waited a half an hour, no one came. They'd call again, wait a half an hour, and no one came. This went on until the doctor's office had to close for the day. The receptionist at the doctor's office was alarmed with what was going on and placed yet ANOTHER call to this Taxi service. After explaining how long my parents had been waiting, this Taxi service promised they would be there in half an hour. Guess what? They never came.
My parents ended up staying from 2:00 PM to past 6:00 PM waiting for this Taxi service. My step-father has had 2 toes amputated and has a serious infection on his right heel. He was there visiting the wound center.

called and made pick up for my wife from Johnson memorial hospital they asked for my info to log it in was confirmed told them I was out of town and could not pick her up they said no problem jacklyn was the name she gave me then had my wife call to reconfirm they reconfirmed with her called her to make sure she said yes was all set so I called again to make sure they said she called all set for pick up. Well they picked her up in the morning and was to pick up at 830 same place about 8 o'clock they called said they were not sure if they could pick her up they only have two drivers they would call her if they could but she probably should find another ride home well she was stranded at hospital. This company has no clue how to run a business I called in the morning and jackal said that the person that took my wife's call was a driver and can't set pick up time so I said you took call from me and booked it why are you having people answer service line so she has no clue what she is doing she needs to be fired and so does the taxi driver
she told me that the company has been doing bad since Uber I said what does that have to do with me if you can't pick up don't book it

The only reason I'm giving them two stars, is because I've been using their service for years. Unfortunately, it seems like lately they have been hiring nothing but drivers, who DON'T KNOW HOW TO DRIVE!!! This is the second time, they've had a driver run off the ledge, of my driveway. The end of the driveway, curves to one side. But these drivers, went straight. They've wrecked my new driveway, caused me to miss medical appointments, and cost me my place to live. They definitely need to hire drivers that know what they're doing, and they haven't bothered to try and condensate me, either.
The first time it happened, the driver nearly got the backup cab stuck, too!! Not to mention, he directed the tow truck driver to go over the ledge, too!!! And, when he got stuck, he took ZERO responsibility, and even tried to get me, the MEDICAL CLIENT, to help PUSH his car!! Seriously? I have a bad back. The absolute worst transportation service I have ever attempted to use. They were notified 5 days in advance for the need of a wheelchair car for transportation of an elderly patient from Riverside Health Care in East Hartford to Hartford Orthopedic Surgeons in Manchester.
After not showing at the requested time, they were contacted four times. Each time I spoke with a different, slightly less-informed person than the time before. In Particular, Rachael and Diane (the alleged manager) were especially USELESS. I was given 4 different "alternate truths" about the lack of transportation, blaming everything from volume to driver error to heavy volume.
As a result of their callous attitude and total lack of customer service, an already apprehensive, wheelchair bound senior was extremely late for her appointment.
I will not ever call them again and am filing an official complaint with the Department of Transportation!

I can't say how prompt or courteous. I can't tell you the quality of the vehicles or knowledge of the drivers. I don't even know if the prices are the same, lower, or higher. But, what I can tell you is this is a terrible company who doesn't deserve to be used. I am an insurance agent and they have someone in risk management who it would seem has a job to not pay a claim that they are definitely responsible for. Police report in hand they decided themselves to try and make the person with whom they forced off the road responsible. Their driver even said they witnessed the car swerve to avoid contact. This guy said he lost control. I would never do business with an unethical company like this. I hope you won't either.
